Another positive Cutter experience. Parked overnight and the only charge for a light piston single aircraft was for the 14 gallons of fuel I purchased. They also gave me a ride to and from my motel. ATC - Even in our little Cessna, the approach and tower controllers welcomed us in. Nothing scary about this airport as long as your communication skills are sharp.

Fantastic service. I was met by a Follow Me van as soon as I taxied onto their ramp. The line staff had transferred my luggage to the van to take me to the passenger terminal before I had even gotten out of the airplane. I was at my gate 20 minutes after landing. Everyone smiled and thanked me for my business. Gulfstream service for a guy in a Cirrus! I'll definitely be back!

A day later...while prepping the plane for departure, one of the line crew politely reminded me that if I could take on just 50 gallons more... it meant another entry into the drawing for a few prizes. THAT is great salesmanship. He was ahead of me with every need. Once my passengers arrived they were politely taken care of while I finalized the last few details... all the way until I was marshaled out. We'll be back!! :-)

We were met at the airplane with our rental cars upon arrival. Hotels were arranged as requested. Line service was great. Friendly and helpful. Always great service.

Visited KPHX as I do 3 times a month in our Starships. Great service, great facilities. The KPHX crew always has everything ready for us and loves to have the Starships there...

Super Cutter service. Had intended to be at Cutter on Sunday evening Jun 26 for an RON. Got stuck enroute and Cutter took care of my hotel reservation cancellation like true Champs. Got into Cutter on the 27th and they were excellent, refueled and gone with cart service to and from the plane. Considering this is an Archer II I was impressed.

When I got home I realized I had been charged a $75/day ramp fee (with the first day waived). I called them today and they immediately recognized the mistake (I have a Mirage and they charged me the Meridian rate). They refunded the difference to my credit card. First class service all around. I'll certainly use Cutter the next time I'm in Phoenix.

AWESOME! I was in a little single engine piston, but these guys gave me service as though I was flying a BBJ. (I'm used to getting neglected at big airports, but not here). We sent one of our customers here (I work for AirShares) and he called me later to rave about the fantastic service he received as well. If you are looking for an incredible facility and incredible service, then go to Cutter. They are the BEST!

This is the fifth time we have taken our C-182 to PHX and Cutter Aviation. We get fewer inbound delays when we come in on a flight plan than VFR un-announced, but the controllers are great and the folks at Cutter do a five star job. Hotel rates through Cutter keep us coming back.

Be advised there's a City of Phoenix landing fee that Cutter cannot waive. I can't recall the exact amount but it was 5 or 10 bucks tops. NOTE - if you're going to fly into PHX VFR you NEED to have the Terminal Chart. The controllers will send you to many of the points referenced on that chart - they're also in your Garmin GPS but you have to have the identifiers from the Terminal Chart to find them (you can pronounce the identifiers). Also pay attention to the transitions over PHX. You'll likely be asked to use one of them direct to a downwind/base.

Great FBO. Excellent service and very nice facilities. No need to be intimidated by Sky Harbor. Very easy in and out. I'll be back again. Thanks a lot Cutter.

    Will D. Cutter is the Regional Maintenance Sales Manager for Cutter Aviation Addison and San Antonio, TX locations. He is the dedicated point of contact for client ownership experience and is in charge of expediting post-sale maintenance to include managing and coordinating action plans with approved service centers.

    Will brings a valuable mix of industry knowledge to this role, particularly in the area of piston and turboprop products. Prior to joining Cutter Aviation, Will worked for Piper Aircraft, Inc. as a Marketing Analyst in their Digital Marketing division. Will gained in-depth understanding of Piper’s competitive advantages, target markets and client base while developing a new Customer Relationship Management system. Will also supported Piper’s marketing efforts through website curation and advertisement creation. Life-long exposure to the aviation industry coupled with his previous experience makes Will a remarkable addition to the Cutter Aviation team.

    Will is an FAA rated private pilot, currently pursuing his Instrument Rating and is looking forward to being certified to fly every aircraft Cutter Aviation sells. As a graduate of The University of Arizona, Will received a Bachelor of Science Degree with a concentration in Economics.

    James Fisher is the Engine Program Sales and Client Relationship Manager for Cutter Aviation. James brings with him 25 years of solid aviation experience. Fisher began his career as an A&P mechanic and has held management positions with increasing responsibilities throughout the Aviation Industry. He held several positions in his 15 years at Pratt & Whitney Canada as an Engine Line Manager, Materials Manager, Operation Manager, and Continuous Improvement Manager for ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence). In his last position as Director of Maintenance for N1 LLC his duties included setting up a heavy maintenance shop for the Honeywell HTF 7000, developing a Mobile Repair Team (MRT), implementing logistics, and managing the Fleet Maintenance Program for all Flexjet Aircraft in Arizona. He was also responsible for managing the operations of the repair station in West Virginia.

    James enjoys his leisure time watching or playing sports, specifically baseball.

    Nels Peterson is the Customer Relations Manager for Cutter Aviation Phoenix. He is responsible for ensuring new and existing maintenance clients receive best-in-class customer service. Being a certificated A&P Technician skilled in advanced troubleshooting, combined with his knowledge of aircraft systems and components, he is able to assist our customers with a wide array of technical support.

    Nels’ aviation career began while he was working at a flight school in Centennial, Colorado. While there he was able to trade maintenance for flight lessons. After successfully completing pilot training, he discovered his true passion was in maintaining aircraft. He went on to the airlines where he led technician crews in performing heavy maintenance checks.

    Nels joined the Cutter team as a technician in Phoenix and quickly proved himself to be a valuable asset to the company. In short order, he moved up to team lead and inspector after demonstrating his knowledge, skills and abilities. Nels continues to grow in his capacity with Cutter Aviation.

    Adam Parish is the Manager of Aircraft Services at Cutter Aviation Phoenix Sky Harbor. With over twenty-six years of accomplishments in avionics and maintenance sales, management, business development, STC development, avionics/maintenance installations and repair, he is an asset to the avionics team. Adam joined Cutter Aviation in 2003 with a position in Avionics Sales, and was eventually promoted to Avionics Sales Manager. He left the company in 2008 to pursue other opportunities and returned to Cutter Aviation in 2017.

    Previously, Adam was a Project Manager at Executive Aircraft Maintenance and a Director of Sales at Crownair Companies. He began his aviation career as an avionics and maintenance technician in the United States Air Force, working on heavy military refueling and transport aircraft as well as search and rescue helicopters.
