Adam Parish
Director of AvionicsXAdam ParishDirector of AvionicsEmailAdam Parish is the Director of Avionics for all of Cutter Aviation. With over twenty-six years of accomplishments in avionics and maintenance sales, management, business development, STC development, avionics/maintenance installations and repair, he is an asset to the avionics team. Adam joined Cutter Aviation in 2003 with a position in Avionics Sales, and was eventually promoted to Avionics Sales Manager. He left the company in 2008 to pursue other opportunities and returned to Cutter Aviation in 2017.
Previously, Adam was a Project Manager at Executive Aircraft Maintenance and a Director of Sales at Crownair Companies. He began his aviation career as an avionics and maintenance technician in the United States Air Force, working on heavy military refueling and transport aircraft as well as search and rescue helicopters.

General Manager MRO, Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX)XTravis SchleusnerGeneral Manager MRO, Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX)EmailTravis is the General Manager MRO, Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) for Cutter Aviation. He discovered his passion for aviation through stories from his grandfather, a WWII B-24 pilot with the Jolly Rogers bomber group. Growing up in rural South Dakota, he was also inspired by the crop dusters flying overhead.
He earned his A&P certifications from Lake Area Technical Institute in 2002 and began his career working on turboprops for a commuter airline. His experience includes supporting a DOD contract in Europe and working for an FBO in his hometown, where he earned his Inspection Authorization in 2012.
Since moving to the Southwest in 2017, Travis has remained dedicated to safety, quality, and excellence in aviation maintenance, now bringing that commitment to Cutter Aviation.

Pilatus Technical Services Advisor - PHXXJustin FrankPilatus Technical Services Advisor - PHXEmailJustin is the Pilatus Technical Services Advisor for Cutter Aviation PHX. Justin’s aviation journey started early, inspired by visits to Luke AFB and watching the Thunderbirds. He earned his pilot’s license in high school and went on to attend A&P school, where he discovered his passion for aviation maintenance.
Since joining Cutter Aviation in 2017 as a Line Service Technician, Justin has grown into key roles, including Pilatus Lead and Shop Supervisor. With factory training on the PC-12, PC-24, Williams International and Pratt & Whitney engines, he provides dependable, hands-on support to help keep customers’ aircraft flying at their best.

James Fisher
Engine Program Sales and Client Relationship ManagerXJames FisherEngine Program Sales and Client Relationship ManagerEmailJames Fisher is the Engine Program Sales and Client Relationship Manager for Cutter Aviation. James brings with him 25 years of solid aviation experience. Fisher began his career as an A&P mechanic and has held management positions with increasing responsibilities throughout the Aviation Industry. He held several positions in his 15 years at Pratt & Whitney Canada as an Engine Line Manager, Materials Manager, Operation Manager, and Continuous Improvement Manager for ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence). In his last position as Director of Maintenance for N1 LLC his duties included setting up a heavy maintenance shop for the Honeywell HTF 7000, developing a Mobile Repair Team (MRT), implementing logistics, and managing the Fleet Maintenance Program for all Flexjet Aircraft in Arizona. He was also responsible for managing the operations of the repair station in West Virginia.
James enjoys his leisure time watching or playing sports, specifically baseball.
