Heather Wahl oversees the Human Resource needs of all Cutter’s locations with responsibilities that include human capital, recruitment, retention, benefits, administration and managing the employer-employee relationship.

Prior to joining Cutter Aviation in 2015, Heather was the Human Resource Director at MBI Industrial Medicine, a company specializing in occupational healthcare in the Phoenix, Casa Grande and Tucson areas.

Heather is an active participant in SHRM and has received credentialing through HRCI for her work in Human Resources and has received her HRM through University of Phoenix. She is also an active licensed Paralegal.

Carissa Mendez is the Corporate Recruiter for Cutter Aviation. In her role, she is tasked with hiring talent, charged mainly with the sourcing and screening of candidates. She is a results-focused professional with experience in recruiting, customer service, relationship management and strategic planning.

Carissa is a goal-driven leader focused on developing ongoing business opportunities and delivering service beyond expectations. A strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace, she is proud to contribute to improved efficiency and satisfaction company-wide.

Carissa grew up in a small town in Minnesota and has lived in Illinois, Colorado, South Dakota and Nebraska. Phoenix is where she calls home. Carissa’s children are her fur babies, she has three dogs and two cats.
