Every time I fly to Cutter Aviation I am greeted with a smile. Whether it is from Molly, Amy, Paula, or Cassidy-Rae. We are always given the treatment as if we are the only aircraft on the ramp. My favorite part is being marshaled in by Karl. He is by far the most positive line guy I have ever encountered. These experiences are the reason we continue to fly into Deer Valley.

I've been to a lot of FBOs; Atlantic, Signature, and MillionAir, etc. So far, in my experiences, Cutter in Deer Valley has outclassed them all. The line crew to reception were super friendly and helpful. I flew a Cessna 182 in from Austin and you would have thought I just came in on a Global. One of the best FBO's ever. Line folk were on the ramp with cold water and a cart to take us to the building. Tara in the front office is amazing, friendly and very efficient. Would not think of ever going anywhere else in the Phoenix area for service.

After getting a late start from KHND, could not make MMES by closing so stopped overnight. What a pleasure it was. Paula and Ashlee were perfect, arranged hotel and rental car instantly, helped us with the airplane and ramp access; were friendly and professional. It was awesome to observe and experience a truly professional organization during these years Super Bowl in Phoenix. The Deer Valley Cutter team handled the increased traffic and nuances of a slot time event like it is something they do every week. As a regular customer to Cutter DVT, however, I was not surprised.
