Cutter at COS is the friendliest and most enthusiastic FBO on planet earth. It's impossible to make a request for anything because they offer up before you have a chance to ask. They jump as if to have been shot out of a cannon to serve the pilot and passengers. The bathroom is the spic and span; that means 'clean' for you younger aviators. The crew car was waiting. Exceptional service! Flew in last week in our Meridian and were greeted on the ramp by an extraordinarily helpful and friendly lineman. Rental car was ready and quickly pulled up to the a/c on the ramp. We have previously visited this FBO and will continue to make Cutter our first choice in COS and elsewhere. Thanks Guys!

I visited on Saturday, October 18, 2014 after flying in from Chicago. Was met on the ramp, and they brought my rental car out right away. The line person with the enchanting million dollar smile courteously asked me if she could put fuel in my plane right away, and I of course agreed. Can't say enough about the Cutter staff and services. There's someone always there to meet you at taxi-in, fresh brownies and excellent coffee or cold water when you walk in and someone smiling behind the counter asking how they can help. On this last visit, I really appreciated Jared S. and his assistance in loading and releasing the airplane - we'll be back for sure!

Flew in on 8/2/15, expecting to rest overnight and fly to ASE the next day; WX did not cooperate, so I left the plane at COS and drove. EVERYONE at Cutter provided top-notch service and was just plain friendly. This may be the best-run FBO I have ever visited.

Received excellent service on 10/15. When I arrived, my rental car was planeside 2 minutes after shutdown. Staff was very helpful and service oriented. I'll be back.
