Another huge thumbs UP for Cutter in Colorado Springs. We arrived in my Bonanza and they quickly directed us to parking and pulled the rental car around. Left it running to warm up while they escorted my family inside. They helped me unload the plane and then my family returned with a tray of brownies and stuffed animals for the kids. OUTSTANDING! Cutter COS handled every request I made for them under less than ideal circumstances. On arrival with 25G35 winds they led me straight to the overnight T-hangar for my Husky, rode me back to the terminal, had my hotel reservation made and had already called the hotel shuttle van. Next AM had the airplane pulled out and topped off per my request before my arrival. WAY TO GO and THANKS!

What makes it different? I have been landing here for the past 5 years, and it could be just another FBO stop, but this difference to me is Jen and the line crew. Jen and the line crew are the best!

Flew into COS in a 421 on 8-24-11. Great service, rental car on the ramp, great fuel price. Loaded passengers to leave the next day and I had a dead starter. I asked Cutter if they could recommend a mechanic on the field and they referred me to Alan Spencer with Pro Av. He rushed right over and confirmed the starter was dead. I was ready to accept that we were stranded until a new one could arrive the next

I'm based with Cutter. Having traveled to Texas and the East Coast, I must say that the service here beats any place I've visited.

We flew in on Oct 15, 2019 with the intent of visiting the WWII museum on the airport. The line crew were very efficient and friendly in getting us parked right next to the door. The ladies behind the desk, Lelde and Danielle, were very friendly and helpful regarding our comfort and finding lunch at the Airplane Restaurant.
