We have flown into Cutter in the 421 twice in 2 weeks. Both times the service was top notch with rental cars waiting by the plane as the engines were being shut down. Ramp is busy but a swarm of ramp employees get the chocks on, fuel orders, and rentals (with water in them) and make things effortless. Hangar prices are a bit steep overnight, but well worth it. Cutter is a busy little FBO but they treat everyone like royalty, whether you're flying a spamcan, an experimental, a corporate twin or a VLJ. They had our rental car ready when we arrived, helped with unloading & tiedown, gave us restaurant recommendations that were spot on. When we left two days later, we arrived to find our plane fueled and ready and they gave us a plate of fresh homemade brownies to take with us! Very reasonable rates, too.

Top notch customer service once again. Just put them in for FBO of the Week at another publication. Wish I could put them in for FBO of the Year.

We visited over Memorial weekend. Great service and friendly staff. Rental car was ready when we landed. They provided brownies and cardboard planes to my kids. We will definitely return to Cutter. Nice Job!

I will absolutely use this FBO again. Ledle at the front desk was kind and patient as I struggled with cell phone reception issues. Plane was ready despite me showing slightly earlier than expected. Line crew assisted with an unexpected jump-start when I left the master switch on.

Decent fuel prices for a big airport like this and good service to match. Got us a great rate at the Radisson down the street with "The Airplane Restaurant" attached.
