I transported an Angel Flight passenger to COS from ABQ and found the service at Cutter to be outstanding. Two linemen met my passenger and me at shut down. The guys were very helpful in unloading the passenger and her wheelchair, they escorted her to the FBO and assisted her in meeting her ground transportation. Cutter provided exactly what I needed on this trip.

Cutter is my new favorite FBO at COS. I am disturbed to see that the other FBO at COS has taken the cowardly approach of blocking comments on AirNav. Outstanding FBO / Great service! This was our first time at this cutter location and we found the service of the entire staff was outstanding. The line staff assisted us with having the ground ambulance plane side so that their was no delay in getting our patient to the hospital quickly. We requested hangar space for our aircraft and the line staff was very careful when towing our aircraft. A big High Five to Paulina, Kevin and Will for going the extra mile in providing the outstanding customer service that you don't find at other FBO's across the country. When we serve other together it make our world a better place, thank you for your willingness to show this openly with your actions. Many of the patients we transport are unable to afford the transportation to get the medical care they so desperately need. With the support of charitable funding, Grace on Wings provides transport to patients who are needing to go for important treatment throughout the United States. Thank you again for making our day a little easier with your outstanding service and staff.

I've never been treated as well as I was this weekend at Cutter Aviation. Flew in on Sat., departed on Sun. They took good care of my plane (RV-6) and made me feel like a Gulfstream pilot. Their fuel prices were great, too! You can bet I'll be using Cutter whenever I'm in COS or any of their other locations. Thank you Cutter!
