I visited on Saturday, October 18, 2014 after flying in from Chicago. Was met on the ramp, and they brought my rental car out right away. The line person with the enchanting million dollar smile courteously asked me if she could put fuel in my plane right away, and I of course agreed. First time to Cutter. Excellent. Great service. Missed the name of the lineman who helped us coming and going but he was awesome. CSR was great. Hanger and fuel prices were reasonable for being close to a class B area. Controllers were busy but efficient. Good stop in the Denver area. Thank you!

We have flown into Cutter in the 421 twice in 2 weeks. Both times the service was top notch with rental cars waiting by the plane as the engines were being shut down. Ramp is busy but a swarm of ramp employees get the chocks on, fuel orders, and rentals (with water in them) and make things effortless. Hangar prices are a bit steep overnight, but well worth it. Flew into COS in a 421 on 8-24-11. Great service, rental car on the ramp, great fuel price. Loaded passengers to leave the next day and I had a dead starter. I asked Cutter if they could recommend a mechanic on the field and they referred me to Alan Spencer with Pro Av. He rushed right over and confirmed the starter was dead. Big service for a little plane!

Just spent a week in Cutter’s heated hangar and missed the snow storm. This was my second visit to Cutter this year and the service was GREAT again. Their people are their greatest asset. Their facilities are clean and conveniently located on the airport away from commercial ramps.

Cutter at COS is the friendliest and most enthusiastic FBO on planet earth. It's impossible to make a request for anything because they offer up before you have a chance to ask. They jump as if to have been shot out of a cannon to serve the pilot and passengers. The bathroom is the spic and span; that means 'clean' for you younger aviators. The crew car was waiting.
