The BEST FBO. Great Service because it is staffed by GREAT people...

I visited on Saturday, October 18, 2014 after flying in from Chicago. Was met on the ramp, and they brought my rental car out right away. The line person with the enchanting million dollar smile courteously asked me if she could put fuel in my plane right away, and I of course agreed. These folks where great. Unloaded my plane, took us to get the rental car from other side of airport and loaded it. Same service when leaving. Could not be more helpful.

Excellent FBO at COS! Took a short trip to “the Springs” and really glad we chose Cutter for our FBO. The service there is outstanding, everyone from the line crew to the front desk were polite, courteous and very helpful. Even greeted by the manager, Mr. Martin, who heads this well-run ship. I have been into Cutter at COS twice in the last week and both times they have been excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff including arranging for return of the rental car I rented from the terminal. They are one of the best FBOs I have visited!
