Cutter at COS is the friendliest and most enthusiastic FBO on planet earth. It's impossible to make a request for anything because they offer up before you have a chance to ask. They jump as if to have been shot out of a cannon to serve the pilot and passengers. The bathroom is the spic and span; that means 'clean' for you younger aviators. The crew car was waiting. OUTSTANDING! Cutter COS handled every request I made for them under less than ideal circumstances. On arrival with 25G35 winds they led me straight to the overnight T-hangar for my Husky, rode me back to the terminal, had my hotel reservation made and had already called the hotel shuttle van. Next AM had the airplane pulled out and topped off per my request before my arrival. WAY TO GO and THANKS!

My first experience with Cutter at COS...And it was outstanding. I have traveled all over the USA in our Mooney and have experienced the entire spectrum of FBO service levels: Cutter is at the top. I have been to other Cutter locations and it is consistently outstanding. Everyone here is excellent. Helped with our car or we would not have been able to obtain one. We have a small RV so sometimes we get treated as sub-humans. Not these folks, they're great all the way around!

We visited over Memorial weekend. Great service and friendly staff. Rental car was ready when we landed. They provided brownies and cardboard planes to my kids. We will definitely return to Cutter. Nice Job!

I'm based with Cutter. Having traveled to Texas and the East Coast, I must say that the service here beats any place I've visited.
