Cutter consistently gives good service to their customers. The rent car was on the ramp when we arrived with a very helpful line & reception crew. They also extended the weekend fuel discount even though we came in on Friday. It's the little things that add up to a very positive experience. Thanks Guys!

Everyone here is excellent. Helped with our car or we would not have been able to obtain one. We have a small RV so sometimes we get treated as sub-humans. Not these folks, they're great all the way around!

Excellent Service! I've been to FBOs that were attractive and service was good. Cutter in Colorado Springs is different particularly when you get to deal with front desk staff like Pauline. Welcoming, like I just came back from a long trip and all is well. Certainly a very friendly, efficient and thorough handling of customer service. Thanks to whoever hired her. These folks where great. Unloaded my plane, took us to get the rental car from other side of airport and loaded it. Same service when leaving. Could not be more helpful.
