Arrived as part of a 100-member fly in conference. The staff of Cutter excelled in taking care of every detail of our arrival, stay, and departure. These fine folks did not miss single opportunity to exceed our expectations! Kudos to the management and every member of the team. I recommend this FBO without reservation.

I always plan my cross countries to include a RON at COS if possible and I have found Cutter to be a first class operation. It was dark with low ceilings, wind and icing. The tower people were great, both in getting us on the ground, and in guiding us to Cutter. This is not an easy airport to navigate in the dark if you are not very familiar. Flew in on 8/2/15, expecting to rest overnight and fly to ASE the next day; WX did not cooperate, so I left the plane at COS and drove. EVERYONE at Cutter provided top-notch service and was just plain friendly. This may be the best-run FBO I have ever visited.

Flew in for USAFA reunion. Cutter was EXCELLENT. Arranged Hertz rental, had it at the aircraft upon arrival. At least 2 line personnel there to help on arr/dept. CSR were very nice. Fuel price was fair...$5.81, especially for a larger airport. All of the above for an 182T! No ramp fee and they even had tie downs for the Skylane. Highly recommend.

Excellent Service! I've been to FBOs that were attractive and service was good. Cutter in Colorado Springs is different particularly when you get to deal with front desk staff like Pauline. Welcoming, like I just came back from a long trip and all is well. Certainly a very friendly, efficient and thorough handling of customer service. Thanks to whoever hired her. She's a keeper and so is Cutter Aviation everywhere I have been to their facilities. Thanks.
