First time to Cutter. Excellent. Great service. Missed the name of the lineman who helped us coming and going but he was awesome. CSR was great. Hanger and fuel prices were reasonable for being close to a class B area. Controllers were busy but efficient. Good stop in the Denver area. Thank you!

We were diverted to KCOS due to weather and, having never been to KCOS before, were given the choice of two FBOs. Luckily, I selected Cutter. We received the best service I've experienced at an FBO from Jerry and Rita at Cutter. They negotiated a great rate for us at a local hotel, parked our 172 for us, and drove us to the hotel. The next morning Cutter was very helpful in getting us on our way. A great staff!

I always plan my cross countries to include a RON at COS if possible and I have found Cutter to be a first class operation. It was dark with low ceilings, wind and icing. The tower people were great, both in getting us on the ground, and in guiding us to Cutter. This is not an easy airport to navigate in the dark if you are not very familiar. Exceptional service! Flew in last week in our Meridian and were greeted on the ramp by an extraordinarily helpful and friendly lineman. Rental car was ready and quickly pulled up to the a/c on the ramp. We have previously visited this FBO and will continue to make Cutter our first choice in COS and elsewhere. Thanks Guys!

Fantastic customer service. Moved here from another FBO on field and was pleasantly surprised. Getting things done "yesterday" is no problem here. Very good safety and well trained line personnel. These guys are great!

Excellent line service and friendly desk staff. They called a taxi as requested on their UNICOM freq 15 minutes prior to landing and the cab pulled up to my airplane as I shut down. Overnight fee not waived with (57 gallon) top-off (Cirrus) but it was only $10. They will be my FBO of choice when I visit the 'Springs.
