I needed some night landings to stay current and so I decided to take my wife to KCOS for a $100 burger last week. We had been to Cutter in KABQ and the service was top notch, so we decided to give them a try in KCOS. We left Denver with full tanks and only took 5 gals of avgas once we got there, but you wouldn't have been able to tell by their level of service. They still let

A really great experience.... And the hangar space was cheap! The fresh brownies were a nice addition to the very nice homey welcome given by all of the staff.

Cutter is simply the best FBO I have ever had the privilege to visit. Everyone is totally customer oriented -- and I arrived in an RV7! Before leaving, I needed 4 gallons of 100LL. I got service with a smile and a big thanks. RV7s, SR22s, and Citations all receive the same, royal treatment. I would make a detour to stop at Cutter. Thanks!!

These folks are AMAZING! The facility isn't impressive, but the customer service certainly is. We asked for a nearby non-chain lunch recommendation, and they sent us to the Airplane Restaurant... As we parked, a Cutter van pulled up, and the driver popped out of the car to give us a discount coupon he forgot to give us at the counter. Over the top! One of the linemen also took the care to call me directly to clarify our fueling order,

N774GE was greeted timely and professionally by Jerry and staff. Our vehicles were brought to us, we were helped with our luggage, and provided the information we requested. With no delay, we were on our way. Our weather concerns were addressed in our absence. Even though our departure time change several times, we were treated with patience and respect. Flew in for USAFA reunion. Cutter was EXCELLENT. Arranged Hertz rental, had it at the aircraft upon arrival. At least 2 line personnel there to help on arr/dept. CSR were very nice. Fuel price was fair...$5.81, especially for a larger airport. All of the above for an 182T! No ramp fee and they even had tie downs for the Skylane. Highly recommend.
