Excellent Service! I've been to FBOs that were attractive and service was good. Cutter in Colorado Springs is different particularly when you get to deal with front desk staff like Pauline. Welcoming, like I just came back from a long trip and all is well. Certainly a very friendly, efficient and thorough handling of customer service. Thanks to whoever hired her. I needed some night landings to stay current and so I decided to take my wife to KCOS for a $100 burger last week. We had been to Cutter in KABQ and the service was top notch, so we decided to give them a try in KCOS. We left Denver with full tanks and only took 5 gals of avgas once we got there, but you wouldn't have been able to tell by their level of service. They still let

OUTSTANDING! Cutter COS handled every request I made for them under less than ideal circumstances. On arrival with 25G35 winds they led me straight to the overnight T-hangar for my Husky, rode me back to the terminal, had my hotel reservation made and had already called the hotel shuttle van. Next AM had the airplane pulled out and topped off per my request before my arrival. WAY TO GO and THANKS!

All I can say is these folks will have my business every time I land at COS. They have to be the happiest employees I have ever met. Must be the Altitude as they always have a smile and cannot do enough for you.

Arrived as part of a 100-member fly in conference. The staff of Cutter excelled in taking care of every detail of our arrival, stay, and departure. These fine folks did not miss single opportunity to exceed our expectations! Kudos to the management and every member of the team. I recommend this FBO without reservation.

Eddie and crew met us & parked aircraft. There was threat of hail the next day so they took it on themselves to park aircraft in hangar at no extra charge. Good brownies too!
