Cutter at COS is the friendliest and most enthusiastic FBO on planet earth. It's impossible to make a request for anything because they offer up before you have a chance to ask. They jump as if to have been shot out of a cannon to serve the pilot and passengers. The bathroom is the spic and span; that means 'clean' for you younger aviators. The crew car was waiting. Last weekend while doing flights for charity organization Wounded Warriors I had the great pleasure of being waited on hand and foot by Cutter Aviations finest employees Eddie and Sean at Colorado Springs. These two individuals went above and beyond providing our wounded veterans with first class service and respect. Thank you Cutter and special thanks to Eddie and Sean for stepping up above and beyond for making our special military veterans feel appreciated and respected.

These folks are AMAZING! The facility isn't impressive, but the customer service certainly is. We asked for a nearby non-chain lunch recommendation, and they sent us to the Airplane Restaurant... As we parked, a Cutter van pulled up, and the driver popped out of the car to give us a discount coupon he forgot to give us at the counter. Over the top! One of the linemen also took the care to call me directly to clarify our fueling order,

Excellent line service and friendly desk staff. They called a taxi as requested on their UNICOM freq 15 minutes prior to landing and the cab pulled up to my airplane as I shut down. Overnight fee not waived with (57 gallon) top-off (Cirrus) but it was only $10. They will be my FBO of choice when I visit the 'Springs.

Flew in for USAFA reunion. Cutter was EXCELLENT. Arranged Hertz rental, had it at the aircraft upon arrival. At least 2 line personnel there to help on arr/dept. CSR were very nice. Fuel price was fair...$5.81, especially for a larger airport. All of the above for an 182T! No ramp fee and they even had tie downs for the Skylane. Highly recommend.

Big service for a little plane!

Just spent a week in Cutter’s heated hangar and missed the snow storm. This was my second visit to Cutter this year and the service was GREAT again. Their people are their greatest asset. Their facilities are clean and conveniently located on the airport away from commercial ramps.
