Hands down one of the best FBOs I've ever landed at. We diverted to COS due to weather. Shortly after landing 3 line technicians surrounded the A/C, unloaded our bags and had the plane tugged into the hangar within minutes. Before we were inside, a hotel reservation was made for us and Stephen was kind enough to give us a ride in the company van. Outstanding job guys! Keep up the good work!

I Stayed at Cutter in KCOS between 5/19-5/28 and was amazed at the service and extremely friendly staff. Landed between thunderstorms approached and surrounding areas rained heavily which made unloading everything and the kitchen sink quite a task in the rain. The staff allowed my awaiting POV to drive out to the plane to ease loading. They employees jumped in without hesitation or even me asking for assistance to help unload the garage sale of junk the better half had

Excellent Service! I've been to FBOs that were attractive and service was good. Cutter in Colorado Springs is different particularly when you get to deal with front desk staff like Pauline. Welcoming, like I just came back from a long trip and all is well. Certainly a very friendly, efficient and thorough handling of customer service. Thanks to whoever hired her. We flew in on Oct 15, 2019 with the intent of visiting the WWII museum on the airport. The line crew were very efficient and friendly in getting us parked right next to the door. The ladies behind the desk, Lelde and Danielle, were very friendly and helpful regarding our comfort and finding lunch at the Airplane Restaurant. They went out of their way to make our visit a very pleasant one and we'll be sure to use Cutter on

Arrived as part of a 100-member fly in conference. The staff of Cutter excelled in taking care of every detail of our arrival, stay, and departure.
