Flew into COS in a 421 on 8-24-11. Great service, rental car on the ramp, great fuel price. Loaded passengers to leave the next day and I had a dead starter. I asked Cutter if they could recommend a mechanic on the field and they referred me to Alan Spencer with Pro Av. He rushed right over and confirmed the starter was dead. Everyone here is excellent. Helped with our car or we would not have been able to obtain one. We have a small RV so sometimes we get treated as sub-humans. Not these folks, they're great all the way around!

Another huge thumbs UP for Cutter in Colorado Springs. We arrived in my Bonanza and they quickly directed us to parking and pulled the rental car around. Left it running to warm up while they escorted my family inside. They helped me unload the plane and then my family returned with a tray of brownies and stuffed animals for the kids. Cutter is simply the best FBO I have ever had the privilege to visit. Everyone is totally customer oriented -- and I arrived in an RV7! Before leaving, I needed 4 gallons of 100LL. I got service with a smile and a big thanks. RV7s, SR22s, and Citations all receive the same, royal treatment. I would make a detour to stop at Cutter. Thanks!!

Flew in for USAFA reunion. Cutter was EXCELLENT. Arranged Hertz rental, had it at the aircraft upon arrival. At least 2 line personnel there to help on arr/dept. CSR were very nice. Fuel price was fair...$5.81, especially for a larger airport. All of the above for an 182T! No ramp fee and they even had tie downs for the Skylane. Highly recommend.

Cutter is a busy little FBO but they treat everyone like royalty, whether you're flying a spamcan, an experimental, a corporate twin or a VLJ. They had our rental car ready when we arrived, helped with unloading & tiedown, gave us restaurant recommendations that were spot on. When we left two days later, we arrived to find our plane fueled and ready and they gave us a plate of fresh homemade brownies to take with us! Very reasonable rates, too.
