I asked Cutter if they could recommend a mechanic on the field and they referred me to Alan Spencer with Pro Av. He rushed right over and confirmed the starter was dead. I was ready to accept that we were stranded until a new one could arrive the next day. Alan called his other shop and they happened to have a starter in stock. One of his guys jumped in a 172 and flew it over while he pulled the old one. We ended up with only a two-hour delay, the bill was more than fair, and my passengers were thrilled. Thanks Alan, you saved the day!!!!

What makes it different? I have been landing here for the past 5 years, and it could be just another FBO stop, but this difference to me is Jen and the line crew. Jen and the line crew are the best!

Cutter consistently gives good service to their customers. The rent car was on the ramp when we arrived with a very helpful line & reception crew. I've never been treated as well as I was this weekend at Cutter Aviation. Flew in on Sat., departed on Sun. They took good care of my plane (RV-6) and made me feel like a Gulfstream pilot. Ramp is busy but a swarm of ramp employees get the chocks on, fuel orders, and rentals (with water in them) and make things effortless. Hangar prices are a bit steep overnight, but well worth it.
