Another huge thumbs UP for Cutter in Colorado Springs. We arrived in my Bonanza and they quickly directed us to parking and pulled the rental car around. Left it running to warm up while they escorted my family inside. They helped me unload the plane and then my family returned with a tray of brownies and stuffed animals for the kids. Nice service from Cutter on an RON. They parked me close to an electric outlet so I could plug in my engines. The nearby Hampton Inn and Garden Inn have a shuttle service. Definitely a good overnight stop.

The fine folks provide first class service at a very fair price. When I kidded Lineman Tony, that I should really have a Cutter Hat, he went way out of his way to provide a hat to me. Thanks Tony!

Cutter is simply the best FBO I have ever had the privilege to visit. Everyone is totally customer oriented -- and I arrived in an RV7! Before leaving, I needed 4 gallons of 100LL. Excellent Service! I've been to FBOs that were attractive and service was good. Cutter in Colorado Springs is different particularly when you get to deal with front desk staff like Pauline. Welcoming, like I just came back from a long trip and all is well. Certainly a very friendly, efficient and thorough handling of customer service. Thanks to whoever hired her.
