Landed at COS just before a big rainstorm on my way to Oshkosh. The crew at Cutter treated me like royalty, rolling my RV-6 into the hangar to protect it from the rain. When my buddy arrived a couple of hours later in his RV-8 he got treated great too. Paul, and all the Cutter crew, really knows the meaning of customer service. I've never been treated as well as I was this weekend at Cutter Aviation. Flew in on Sat., departed on Sun. They took good care of my plane (RV-6) and made me feel like a Gulfstream pilot. Received excellent service on 10/15. When I arrived, my rental car was planeside 2 minutes after shutdown. Staff was very helpful and service oriented. I'll be back.
