I have been into Cutter at COS twice in the last week and both times they have been excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff including arranging for return of the rental car I rented from the terminal. They are one of the best FBOs I have visited!

What makes it different? I have been landing here for the past 5 years, and it could be just another FBO stop, but this difference to me is Jen and the line crew. Jen and the line crew are the best!

Excellent Service! I've been to FBOs that were attractive and service was good. Cutter in Colorado Springs is different particularly when you get to deal with front desk staff like Pauline. Welcoming, like I just came back from a long trip and all is well. Certainly a very friendly, efficient and thorough handling of customer service. Thanks to whoever hired her. Cutter is simply the best FBO I have ever had the privilege to visit. Everyone is totally customer oriented -- and I arrived in an RV7! Before leaving, I needed 4 gallons of 100LL. I got service with a smile and a big thanks. RV7s, SR22s, and Citations all receive the same, royal treatment. I would make a detour to stop at Cutter. Thanks!!
