I always plan my cross countries to include a RON at COS if possible and I have found Cutter to be a first class operation. It was dark with low ceilings, wind and icing. The tower people were great, both in getting us on the ground, and in guiding us to Cutter. This is not an easy airport to navigate in the dark if you are not very familiar. I will absolutely use this FBO again. Ledle at the front desk was kind and patient as I struggled with cell phone reception issues. Plane was ready despite me showing slightly earlier than expected. Line crew assisted with an unexpected jump-start when I left the master switch on.

Top notch customer service once again. Just put them in for FBO of the Week at another publication. Wish I could put them in for FBO of the Year.

All I can say is these folks will have my business every time I land at COS. They have to be the happiest employees I have ever met. Must be the Altitude as they always have a smile and cannot do enough for you.

Cutter consistently gives good service to their customers. The rent car was on the ramp when we arrived with a very helpful line & reception crew. They also extended the weekend fuel discount even though we came in on Friday. It's the little things that add up to a very positive experience. Thanks Guys!

It was just a quick stop in KCOS on 3/19/15 and service was excellent. We had an issue with our lav and both line personnel (can't remember their names) were spot on. They had the cart out right away, provided me with the necessary equipment and solved the problem. After that, they hustled and retrieved the fuel truck and were quick in providing fuel, so we could have some time to grab a quick lunch. CSR service was excellent inside
