The BEST FBO. Great Service because it is staffed by GREAT people...

Excellent line service and friendly desk staff. They called a taxi as requested on their UNICOM freq 15 minutes prior to landing and the cab pulled up to my airplane as I shut down. Overnight fee not waived with (57 gallon) top-off (Cirrus) but it was only $10. They will be my FBO of choice when I visit the 'Springs.

Cutter is my new favorite FBO at COS. I am disturbed to see that the other FBO at COS has taken the cowardly approach of blocking comments on AirNav. That position has backfired on this pilot/customer. Cutter was very professional, helpful, and we were fortunate enough to use their crew car on our last visit. That is the nicest crew car I have ever driven. How many FBOs do you know with less than 11, 000 miles on their crew

We have flown into Cutter in the 421 twice in 2 weeks. Both times the service was top notch with rental cars waiting by the plane as the engines were being shut down. Ramp is busy but a swarm of ramp employees get the chocks on, fuel orders, and rentals (with water in them) and make things effortless. Hangar prices are a bit steep overnight, but well worth it. Exceptional service! Flew in last week in our Meridian and were greeted on the ramp by an extraordinarily helpful and friendly lineman. Rental car was ready and quickly pulled up to the a/c on the ramp. We have previously visited this FBO and will continue to make Cutter our first choice in COS and elsewhere. Thanks Guys!

N774GE was greeted timely and professionally by Jerry and staff. Our vehicles were brought to us, we were helped with our luggage, and provided the information we requested. With no delay, we were on our way. Our weather concerns were addressed in our absence. Even though our departure time change several times, we were treated with patience and respect.
