Landed at COS just before a big rainstorm on my way to Oshkosh. The crew at Cutter treated me like royalty, rolling my RV-6 into the hangar to protect it from the rain. When my buddy arrived a couple of hours later in his RV-8 he got treated great too. Paul, and all the Cutter crew, really knows the meaning of customer service. Cutter at COS is the friendliest and most enthusiastic FBO on planet earth. It's impossible to make a request for anything because they offer up before you have a chance to ask. They jump as if to have been shot out of a cannon to serve the pilot and passengers. The bathroom is the spic and span; that means 'clean' for you younger aviators. The crew car was waiting. And the Airplane restaurant is just a few blocks away. And

Eddie and crew met us & parked aircraft. There was threat of hail the next day so they took it on themselves to park aircraft in hangar at no extra charge. Good brownies too!

Flew in for USAFA reunion. Cutter was EXCELLENT. Arranged Hertz rental, had it at the aircraft upon arrival. At least 2 line personnel there to help on arr/dept. CSR were very nice. Fuel price was fair...$5.81, especially for a larger airport. All of the above for an 182T! No ramp fee and they even had tie downs for the Skylane. Highly recommend.

Another huge thumbs UP for Cutter in Colorado Springs. We arrived in my Bonanza and they quickly directed us to parking and pulled the rental car around. Left it running to warm up while they escorted my family inside. They helped me unload the plane and then my family returned with a tray of brownies and stuffed animals for the kids. Cutter is simply the best FBO I have ever had the privilege to visit. Everyone is totally customer oriented -- and I arrived in an RV7! Before leaving, I needed 4 gallons of 100LL. I got service with a smile and a big thanks. RV7s, SR22s, and Citations all receive the same, royal treatment. I would make a detour to stop at Cutter. Thanks!!
