I needed some night landings to stay current and so I decided to take my wife to KCOS for a $100 burger last week. We had been to Cutter in KABQ and the service was top notch, so we decided to give them a try in KCOS. We left Denver with full tanks and only took 5 gals of avgas once we got there, but you wouldn't have been able to tell by their level of service. They still let us use the beautiful crew car for free, sent us on with water and brownies and even mailed a thank you note to my home. Absolutely love the service and will always choose Cutter first wherever I go!

I always plan my cross countries to include a RON at COS if possible and I have found Cutter to be a first class operation. It was dark with low ceilings, wind and icing. The tower people were great, both in getting us on the ground, and in guiding us to Cutter. This is not an easy airport to navigate in the dark if you are not very familiar. Cutter guide vehicle was waiting at the taxiway (a real help considering their location. They had my wife and our luggage in the van and a hangar spot ready for us by the time the prop stopped. The line guys were well informed of the recent Piper gear service bulletin issues and were right on top of the requirements necessary. Made us a reservation at the local Holiday Inn, which has a very nice sports bar type restaurant. Plane was pulled, fueled and ready as requested. Always a good experience here.

Excellent FBO at COS! Took a short trip to “the Springs” and really glad we chose Cutter for our FBO. The service there is outstanding, everyone from the line crew to the front desk were polite, courteous and very helpful. Even greeted by the manager, Mr. Martin, who heads this well-run ship. Doesn’t seem to matter if you are in a Learjet, or even a little RV such as we fly, everyone is welcomed equally. They arranged our rental car and brought it out to us, and the rate was very reasonable. This FBO is second to none!

Landed at COS just before a big rainstorm on my way to Oshkosh. The crew at Cutter treated me like royalty, rolling my RV-6 into the hangar to protect it from the rain. When my buddy arrived a couple of hours later in his RV-8 he got treated great too. Paul, and all the Cutter crew, really knows the meaning of customer service. We did not spend a lot of money with Cutter that day, but we sure got treated like we were paying the light bill! Thank you for the help. See you next year.

We had the pleasure of visiting your COS facility yesterday. We were were meeting pilot, Paul Qualls, who was transporting a very special dog from Raton, NM to Colorado Springs, CO as a volunteer with Pilots N Paws. Paul's transport, Callahan, was on his way to Freedom Service Dogs in Englewood, CO where he will learn to become a service dog. Freedom Service Dogs rescues dogs from shelters in the region and trains them to have a new job and become an invaluable friend tou our clients - at absolutely no cost to the client. Many of our clients are veterans, active-duty military and children who require a specially trained companion.

I was meeting Mr. Qualls to complete the transport. As a volunteer, I have the humble task of sourcing, evaluating and helping transport these dogs for the future life; either at Freedom or through the Prison Trained K-9 Companion Program. In many cases I have my two children with me and we have never been treated better than we were yesterday. The crew at your facility were welcoming, appropriately inquisitive and gave us the VIP treatment. Eddy even gave us a ride in the pilot's van to the tarmac so my children could watch Mr. Qualls land with his daughter, Melia and Callahan in the back. My 6 year old son mentally devoured everything Eddy said and is still talking about the experience. We were so very impressed that they treated us with so much kindness and were truly interested in making our visit a pleasant one while performing our worthwhile task.
