These folks are AMAZING! The facility isn't impressive, but the customer service certainly is. We asked for a nearby non-chain lunch recommendation, and they sent us to the Airplane Restaurant... As we parked, a Cutter van pulled up, and the driver popped out of the car to give us a discount coupon he forgot to give us at the counter. Over the top! One of the linemen also took the care to call me directly to clarify our fueling order,

Eddie and crew met us & parked aircraft. There was threat of hail the next day so they took it on themselves to park aircraft in hangar at no extra charge. Good brownies too!

Cutter Aviation went over and above to help us. We greatly appreciate the support provided by Jerry (Line Supervisor) and Rita. The fine folks provide first class service at a very fair price. When I kidded Lineman Tony, that I should really have a Cutter Hat, he went way out of his way to provide a hat to me. Thanks Tony!

Eddie and his ramp gang at Cutter are easily some of the best in this industry. We flew a King Air 90 into Cutter full of passengers and bags, and Eddie commanded the ramp getting everything arranged. Major kudos to him and the Cutter Crew.

The staff and line guys provided one of the best FBO experiences I've ever had. We had to leave our minivan in COS for a month. I called Cutter who said it'd be no problem leaving it there. On July 1st, we flew in from southern Mississippi to drop my wife off to pick up the van. The line crew was waiting to park our plane (a 4 place homebuilt) and we were handed cold bottled water on the ramp.
