We have flown into Cutter in the 421 twice in 2 weeks. Both times the service was top notch with rental cars waiting by the plane as the engines were being shut down. Ramp is busy but a swarm of ramp employees get the chocks on, fuel orders, and rentals (with water in them) and make things effortless. Hangar prices are a bit steep overnight, but well worth it. Eddie and his ramp gang at Cutter are easily some of the best in this industry. We flew a King Air 90 into Cutter full of passengers and bags, and Eddie commanded the ramp getting everything arranged. Major kudos to him and the Cutter Crew.

Outstanding FBO / Great service! This was our first time at this cutter location and we found the service of the entire staff was outstanding. The line staff assisted us with having the ground ambulance plane side so that their was no delay in getting our patient to the hospital quickly. Hands down one of the best FBOs I've ever landed at. We diverted to COS due to weather. Shortly after landing 3 line technicians surrounded the A/C, unloaded our bags and had the plane tugged into the hangar within minutes. Before we were inside, a hotel reservation was made for us and Stephen was kind enough to give us a ride in the company van. Outstanding job guys! Keep up the good work!

I'm based with Cutter. Having traveled to Texas and the East Coast, I must say that the service here beats any place I've visited.

Cutter consistently gives good service to their customers. The rent car was on the ramp when we arrived with a very helpful line & reception crew. They also extended the weekend fuel discount even though we came in on Friday. It's the little things that add up to a very positive experience. Thanks Guys!
