I have been into Cutter at COS twice in the last week and both times they have been excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff including arranging for return of the rental car I rented from the terminal. They are one of the best FBOs I have visited!

Nice service from Cutter on an RON. They parked me close to an electric outlet so I could plug in my engines. The nearby Hampton Inn and Garden Inn have a shuttle service. Definitely a good overnight stop.

Cutter at COS is the friendliest and most enthusiastic FBO on planet earth. It's impossible to make a request for anything because they offer up before you have a chance to ask. They jump as if to have been shot out of a cannon to serve the pilot and passengers. The bathroom is the spic and span; that means 'clean' for you younger aviators. The crew car was waiting. I visited on Saturday, October 18, 2014 after flying in from Chicago. Was met on the ramp, and they brought my rental car out right away. The line person with the enchanting million dollar smile courteously asked me if she could put fuel in my plane right away, and I of course agreed. She very nicely complimented what I was wearing (a suit for a memorial service). The plane was ready to go when I came back in the late

Fantastic customer service. Moved here from another FBO on field and was pleasantly surprised. Getting things done "yesterday" is no problem here. Very good safety and well trained line personnel. These guys are great!

Cutter is my new favorite FBO at COS. I am disturbed to see that the other FBO at COS has taken the cowardly approach of blocking comments on AirNav. That position has backfired on this pilot/customer. Cutter was very professional, helpful, and we were fortunate enough to use their crew car on our last visit.
