I Stayed at Cutter in KCOS between 5/19-5/28 and was amazed at the service and extremely friendly staff. Landed between thunderstorms approached and surrounding areas rained heavily which made unloading everything and the kitchen sink quite a task in the rain. The staff allowed my awaiting POV to drive out to the plane to ease loading. They employees jumped in without hesitation or even me asking for assistance to help unload the garage sale of junk the better half had to bring (I know I'm not the only one with this problem) and even helped put my aircraft cover on despite the weather being miserable. This has been my best FBO experience to date and I couldn't believe how nice and accommodating the employees were not just to me but anyone else that came in contact with them, all this and I'm only a Bug smasher Comanche not a corporate jet. Prices were cheaper then the Jet Center, even if they were more I'd be hard pressed to go anywhere but Cutter due to the stellar service!

We had the pleasure of visiting your COS facility yesterday. We were were meeting pilot, Paul Qualls, who was transporting a very special dog from Raton, NM to Colorado Springs, CO as a volunteer with Pilots N Paws. Paul's transport, Callahan, was on his way to Freedom Service Dogs in Englewood, CO where he will learn to become a service dog. Freedom Service Dogs rescues dogs from shelters in the region and trains them to have a new job and become an invaluable friend tou our clients - at absolutely no cost to the client. Many of our clients are veterans, active-duty military and children who require a specially trained companion.

I was meeting Mr. Qualls to complete the transport. As a volunteer, I have the humble task of sourcing, evaluating and helping transport these dogs for the future life; either at Freedom or through the Prison Trained K-9 Companion Program. In many cases I have my two children with me and we have never been treated better than we were yesterday. The crew at your facility were welcoming, appropriately inquisitive and gave us the VIP treatment. Eddy even gave us a ride in the pilot's van to the tarmac so my children could watch Mr. Qualls land with his daughter, Melia and Callahan in the back. My 6 year old son mentally devoured everything Eddy said and is still talking about the experience. We were so very impressed that they treated us with so much kindness and were truly interested in making our visit a pleasant one while performing our worthwhile task.

We have flown into Cutter in the 421 twice in 2 weeks. Both times the service was top notch with rental cars waiting by the plane as the engines were being shut down. Ramp is busy but a swarm of ramp employees get the chocks on, fuel orders, and rentals (with water in them) and make things effortless. Hangar prices are a bit steep overnight, but well worth it. Top notch and they seem to treat every one in every kind of plane with the same great service.

We flew in on Oct 15, 2019 with the intent of visiting the WWII museum on the airport. The line crew were very efficient and friendly in getting us parked right next to the door. The ladies behind the desk, Lelde and Danielle, were very friendly and helpful regarding our comfort and finding lunch at the Airplane Restaurant. They went out of their way to make our visit a very pleasant one and we'll be sure to use Cutter on our next visit to COS.

It was just a quick stop in KCOS on 3/19/15 and service was excellent. We had an issue with our lav and both line personnel (can't remember their names) were spot on. They had the cart out right away, provided me with the necessary equipment and solved the problem. After that, they hustled and retrieved the fuel truck and were quick in providing fuel, so we could have some time to grab a quick lunch. CSR service was excellent inside as well. Nice to be greeted by smiling faces and helpful service. Thanks!
