We have flown into Cutter in the 421 twice in 2 weeks. Both times the service was top notch with rental cars waiting by the plane as the engines were being shut down. Ramp is busy but a swarm of ramp employees get the chocks on, fuel orders, and rentals (with water in them) and make things effortless. Hangar prices are a bit steep overnight, but well worth it. Top notch and they seem to treat every one in every kind of plane with the same great service.

Flew in to Cutter at KCOS June 6 for the weekend to attend a friend's wedding at the Broadmoor Hotel. Met immediately at Cutter by line personal to marshal me in and provide help. I had emailed ahead and all my requests were acknowledged by staff including hangar space for the aircraft given severe weather moving into the area for the weekend. Lineman had my fuel request in hand but suggested the plane be fueled on Sunday to take advantage of weekend fuel discount of $0.25/gal. Plane was pulled to hangar at a very reasonable $35.00/night. Next stop was at front desk where exceptional service was provided by staff there. Broadmoor shuttle operates out of main terminal and staff provided transport from Cutter to the terminal. Severe weather hit before our reaching the Hotel so all help in securing inside storage and prompt delivery of the plane to safe harbor was much appreciated. My first experience with Cutter at COS...And it was outstanding. I have traveled all over the USA in our Mooney and have experienced the entire spectrum of FBO service levels: Cutter is at the top. I have been to other Cutter locations and it is consistently outstanding. Halie at the front desk coordinated our rental car to be waiting for us when we arrived, pulled up planeside...With carpet laid by our plane's footstep. The linemen were waiting for me as I entered the ramp and had others manning the fuel truck ready to fuel before I unstrapped from my seat! Then when fueling completed, per my request--manually pushed me into their hangar for our stay. Reasonable hangar rate, with a discount for fuel top-off. When I was ready to depart early as they opened, they dropped everything to assist me in my departure. That's what I look for in an FBO!! Great job, Cutter.... I won't stay at any other FBO when there is a Cutter on field.
