N774GE was greeted timely and professionally by Jerry and staff. Our vehicles were brought to us, we were helped with our luggage, and provided the information we requested. With no delay, we were on our way. Our weather concerns were addressed in our absence. Even though our departure time change several times, we were treated with patience and respect. First time to Cutter. Excellent. Great service. Missed the name of the lineman who helped us coming and going but he was awesome. CSR was great. Hanger and fuel prices were reasonable for being close to a class B area. Controllers were busy but efficient. Good stop in the Denver area. Thank you!

Landed at COS just before a big rainstorm on my way to Oshkosh. The crew at Cutter treated me like royalty, rolling my RV-6 into the hangar to protect it from the rain. When my buddy arrived a couple of hours later in his RV-8 he got treated great too. Paul, and all the Cutter crew, really knows the meaning of customer service. We did not spend a lot of money with Cutter that day, but we sure got treated

I will absolutely use this FBO again. Ledle at the front desk was kind and patient as I struggled with cell phone reception issues. Plane was ready despite me showing slightly earlier than expected. Line crew assisted with an unexpected jump-start when I left the master switch on.

Flew in on 8/2/15, expecting to rest overnight and fly to ASE the next day; WX did not cooperate, so I left the plane at COS and drove. EVERYONE at Cutter provided top-notch service and was just plain friendly. This may be the best-run FBO I have ever visited.
