I Stayed at Cutter in KCOS between 5/19-5/28 and was amazed at the service and extremely friendly staff. Landed between thunderstorms approached and surrounding areas rained heavily which made unloading everything and the kitchen sink quite a task in the rain. The staff allowed my awaiting POV to drive out to the plane to ease loading. They employees jumped in without hesitation or even me asking for assistance to help unload the garage sale of junk the better half had to bring (I know I'm not the only one with this problem) and even helped put my aircraft cover on despite the weather being miserable. This has been my best FBO experience to date and I couldn't believe how nice and accommodating the employees were not just to me but anyone else that came in contact with them, all this and I'm only a Bug smasher Comanche not a corporate jet. Prices were cheaper then the Jet Center, even if they were more I'd be hard pressed to go anywhere but Cutter due to the stellar service!

Great service!!!!! I just have a 182 and I was treated like one of the big boys. Will stop again!!

The fine folks provide first class service at a very fair price. When I kidded Lineman Tony, that I should really have a Cutter Hat, he went way out of his way to provide a hat to me. Thanks Tony!

We were diverted to KCOS due to weather and, having never been to KCOS before, were given the choice of two FBOs. Luckily, I selected Cutter. We received the best service I've experienced at an FBO from Jerry and Rita at Cutter. They negotiated a great rate for us at a local hotel, parked our 172 for us, and drove us to the hotel. The next morning Cutter was very helpful in getting us on our way. A great staff!

Cutter consistently gives good service to their customers. The rent car was on the ramp when we arrived with a very helpful line & reception crew. They also extended the weekend fuel discount even though we came in on Friday. It's the little things that add up to a very positive experience. Thanks Guys!

Flew into COS in a 421 on 8-24-11. Great service, rental car on the ramp, great fuel price. Loaded passengers to leave the next day and I had a dead starter. I asked Cutter if they could recommend a mechanic on the field and they referred me to Alan Spencer with Pro Av. He rushed right over and confirmed the starter was dead. One of his guys jumped in a 172 and flew it over while he pulled the old one. We ended up with only a two-hour delay, the bill was more than fair, and my passengers were thrilled.
