I visited on Saturday, October 18, 2014 after flying in from Chicago. Was met on the ramp, and they brought my rental car out right away. The line person with the enchanting million dollar smile courteously asked me if she could put fuel in my plane right away, and I of course agreed. Had another great experience at Cutter, after diverting here due to WX. They went out of their way to get us set up with a hotel and rental car, and the line staff took great care of the airplane as well. Fair prices for an airport of this category, too. One of my favorite FBO's.

Flew in on 8/2/15, expecting to rest overnight and fly to ASE the next day; WX did not cooperate, so I left the plane at COS and drove. EVERYONE at Cutter provided top-notch service and was just plain friendly. This may be the best-run FBO I have ever visited.

Decent fuel prices for a big airport like this and good service to match. Got us a great rate at the Radisson down the street with "The Airplane Restaurant" attached.

These folks are AMAZING! The facility isn't impressive, but the customer service certainly is. We asked for a nearby non-chain lunch recommendation, and they sent us to the Airplane Restaurant... As we parked, a Cutter van pulled up, and the driver popped out of the car to give us a discount coupon he forgot to give us at the counter. Over the top! One of the linemen also took the care to call me directly to clarify our fueling order,

Nice service from Cutter on an RON. They parked me close to an electric outlet so I could plug in my engines. The nearby Hampton Inn and Garden Inn have a shuttle service. Definitely a good overnight stop.
