I needed some night landings to stay current and so I decided to take my wife to KCOS for a $100 burger last week. We had been to Cutter in KABQ and the service was top notch, so we decided to give them a try in KCOS. It was just a quick stop in KCOS on 3/19/15 and service was excellent. We had an issue with our lav and both line personnel (can't remember their names) were spot on. They had the cart out right away, provided me with the necessary equipment and solved the problem. After that, they hustled and retrieved the fuel truck and were quick in providing fuel, so we could have some time to grab a quick lunch. CSR service was excellent inside

I'm based with Cutter. Having traveled to Texas and the East Coast, I must say that the service here beats any place I've visited.

Everyone here is excellent. Helped with our car or we would not have been able to obtain one. We have a small RV so sometimes we get treated as sub-humans. Not these folks, they're great all the way around!

Cutter consistently gives good service to their customers. The rent car was on the ramp when we arrived with a very helpful line & reception crew. They also extended the weekend fuel discount even though we came in on Friday. It's the little things that add up to a very positive experience. Thanks Guys!

The staff and line guys provided one of the best FBO experiences I've ever had. We had to leave our minivan in COS for a month. I called Cutter who said it'd be no problem leaving it there. On July 1st, we flew in from southern Mississippi to drop my wife off to pick up the van. The line crew was waiting to park our plane (a 4 place homebuilt) and we were handed cold bottled water on the ramp.
