Fantastic customer service. Moved here from another FBO on field and was pleasantly surprised. Getting things done "yesterday" is no problem here. Very good safety and well trained line personnel. These guys are great!

Another huge thumbs UP for Cutter in Colorado Springs. We arrived in my Bonanza and they quickly directed us to parking and pulled the rental car around. Left it running to warm up while they escorted my family inside. They helped me unload the plane and then my family returned with a tray of brownies and stuffed animals for the kids. Cutter is my new favorite FBO at COS. I am disturbed to see that the other FBO at COS has taken the cowardly approach of blocking comments on AirNav. That position has backfired on this pilot/customer. Cutter was very professional, helpful, and we were fortunate enough to use their crew car on our last visit. That is the nicest crew car I have ever driven. How many FBOs do you know with less than 11, 000 miles on their crew

I transported an Angel Flight passenger to COS from ABQ and found the service at Cutter to be outstanding. Two linemen met my passenger and me at shut down. The guys were very helpful in unloading the passenger and her wheelchair, they escorted her to the FBO and assisted her in meeting her ground transportation. Cutter provided exactly what I needed on this trip.

Excellent Service! I've been to FBOs that were attractive and service was good. Cutter in Colorado Springs is different particularly when you get to deal with front desk staff like Pauline. Welcoming, like I just came back from a long trip and all is well. Certainly a very friendly, efficient and thorough handling of customer service. Thanks to whoever hired her. Everyone here is excellent. Helped with our car or we would not have been able to obtain one. We have a small RV so sometimes we get treated as sub-humans. Not these folks, they're great all the way around!
