I have been into Cutter at COS twice in the last week and both times they have been excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff including arranging for return of the rental car I rented from the terminal. They are one of the best FBOs I have visited!

N774GE was greeted timely and professionally by Jerry and staff. Our vehicles were brought to us, we were helped with our luggage, and provided the information we requested. With no delay, we were on our way. Our weather concerns were addressed in our absence. Even though our departure time change several times, we were treated with patience and respect. My first experience with Cutter at COS...And it was outstanding. I have traveled all over the USA in our Mooney and have experienced the entire spectrum of FBO service levels: Cutter is at the top. I have been to other Cutter locations and it is consistently outstanding. Halie at the front desk coordinated our rental car to be waiting for us when we arrived, pulled up planeside...With carpet laid by our plane's footstep. The linemen were waiting for me as

Cutter consistently gives good service to their customers. The rent car was on the ramp when we arrived with a very helpful line & reception crew. They also extended the weekend fuel discount even though we came in on Friday. It's the little things that add up to a very positive experience. Thanks Guys!

Fantastic customer service. Moved here from another FBO on field and was pleasantly surprised. Getting things done "yesterday" is no problem here. Very good safety and well trained line personnel. These guys are great!
