Nothing comes to mind at the current time. Overall project went very smooth, communication was daily or as required, labor and component pricing was fair. During regular shop visits and unexpected drop-ins, the technical staff was active and working on our aircraft, visual shop aesthetics was as expected from a client's perspective (clean and well organized). I worked with Kevin Fenske regarding a significant avionics issue with my PC12. He was incredibly helpful and thorough. It was a pleasure working with him and I felt that the billing was extremely fair for the amount of work that was done. The detail provided by Kevin gave me a very high confidence level in the quality of work done by your shop. I would definitely take my aircraft back to the Denver location.

This is the best service I have ever received in my 15 years in aviation. Kevin does an amazing job communicating status of aircraft and any issues. I received pictures many times during the process. Plane looked new when I picked it up. Thanks for the great team in APA.
