Please change nothing ... Kevin made our experience beyond any expectations we had hoped for. This aircraft was our first ( a pc12). So our first experience came with a bit of trepidation. Until we met Kevin. Every detail was communicated effectively and clearly. I came from a corporate background, where customer service is everything. I managed 1200 employees, and almost 1.5b in sales. And we spent millions on customer service training. Not sure how Kevin was trained, but whatever

The work was well thought and executed, and in a timely manner. Kevin Fenske is an excellent representative of your company. His progress reports and explanations for the work performed were well prepared. He definitely puts customer experience at the top of his work.
