N774GE was greeted timely and professionally by Jerry and staff. Our vehicles were brought to us, we were helped with our luggage, and provided the information we requested. With no delay, we were on our way. Our weather concerns were addressed in our absence. Even though our departure time change several times, we were treated with patience and respect. We were diverted to KCOS due to weather and, having never been to KCOS before, were given the choice of two FBOs. Luckily, I selected Cutter. We received the best service I've experienced at an FBO from Jerry and Rita at Cutter. They negotiated a great rate for us at a local hotel, parked our 172 for us, and drove us to the hotel. The next morning Cutter was very helpful in getting us on our way. A great staff!

Cutter is a busy little FBO but they treat everyone like royalty, whether you're flying a spamcan, an experimental, a corporate twin or a VLJ. They had our rental car ready when we arrived, helped with unloading & tiedown, gave us restaurant recommendations that were spot on. When we left two days later, we arrived to find our plane fueled and ready and they gave us a plate of fresh homemade brownies to take with us! Very reasonable rates, too.

Wow! This was *WAY* the heck better than the other FBO at COS (the one that requested AirNav not collect or publish user comments; I'm pretty sure there's a reason for that). At Cutter, it was all about me. Eddie and Jesse took care of my plane/fuel/rental car, and they've got a sense of humor. Why didn't I stop here last time?

Excellent FBO at COS! Took a short trip to “the Springs” and really glad we chose Cutter for our FBO. The service there is outstanding, everyone from the line crew to the front desk were polite, courteous and very helpful. Even greeted by the manager, Mr. Martin, who heads this well-run ship. Doesn’t seem to matter if you are in a Learjet, or even a little RV such as we fly, everyone is welcomed equally. They arranged our rental car

Flew in to Cutter at KCOS June 6 for the weekend to attend a friend's wedding at the Broadmoor Hotel. Met immediately at Cutter by line personal to marshal me in and provide help. I had emailed ahead and all my requests were acknowledged by staff including hangar space for the aircraft given severe weather moving into the area for the weekend. Lineman had my fuel request in hand but suggested the plane be fueled on Sunday to take advantage
