Stopped at PRC due to weather and was greeted like a regular and valued customer, even though it was our first time there. Special thanks to David whose pleasant but professional nature was very much appreciated, especially when he drover us over to the airport restaurant. The CSRs were also very pleasant and helpful.

Another positive Cutter experience. Parked overnight and the only charge for a light piston single aircraft was for the 14 gallons of fuel I purchased. They also gave me a ride to and from my motel. One of my passengers in the morning was suffering from breakfast food poisoning and the people behind the front counter gave him some sick sacks just in case.

Wow! This was *WAY* the heck better than the other FBO at COS (the one that requested AirNav not collect or publish user comments; I'm pretty sure there's a reason for that). At Cutter, it was all about me. Eddie and Jesse took care of my plane/fuel/rental car, and they've got a sense of humor. Why didn't I stop here last time?

Arrived as part of a 100-member fly in conference. The staff of Cutter excelled in taking care of every detail of our arrival, stay, and departure. These fine folks did not miss single opportunity to exceed our expectations! Kudos to the management and every member of the team. I recommend this FBO without reservation.

I recently returned to Cutter at KDVT, for short-term hangar. Having last hangared with them in January of 2016. What was comforting was that Simon LaRocca is still there, as are several of his young team members that I recall from the previous stay. Simon promptly and efficiently confirmed my hangar arrangements via email weeks ahead of the stay, and it was a genuine pleasure - almost of homecoming of sorts - upon my return. Cutter's KDVT outfit is first-class;

Kevin is a wonderful example of what the perfect maintenance experience should be. Wonderful communication, billing completely as expected, wonderful feedback on work performed, volunteered to help assure our problem was resolved moving forward... just an absolutely wonderful experience.
