I visited on Saturday, October 18, 2014 after flying in from Chicago. Was met on the ramp, and they brought my rental car out right away. The line person with the enchanting million dollar smile courteously asked me if she could put fuel in my plane right away, and I of course agreed. Just a great place to park in Phoenix. Delightful staff arranged ground transportation by phone. Had the car on the ramp waiting for me to shut down. Handled all my requests with ease and the whole staff is interested in airplanes. That's rare at larger FBO's.

AWESOME! I was in a little single engine piston, but these guys gave me service as though I was flying a BBJ. (I'm used to getting neglected at big airports, but not here). We sent one of our customers here (I work for AirShares) and he called me later to rave about the fantastic service he received as well. If you are looking for an incredible facility and incredible service, then go to Cutter. They are the BEST!

It was awesome to observe and experience a truly professional organization during these years Super Bowl in Phoenix. The Deer Valley Cutter team handled the increased traffic and nuances of a slot time event like it is something they do every week. As a regular customer to Cutter DVT, however, I was not surprised. I arrived on September 19th for a couple of days in the bright red Pitts Model 12. Due to weather to the east, I was unable to leave and all of the good folks took exceptional care of me and the aircraft I was entrusted to ferry for my customer.
