Cutter is a busy little FBO but they treat everyone like royalty, whether you're flying a spamcan, an experimental, a corporate twin or a VLJ. They had our rental car ready when we arrived, helped with unloading & tiedown, gave us restaurant recommendations that were spot on. When we left two days later, we arrived to find our plane fueled and ready and they gave us a plate of fresh homemade brownies to take with us! Very reasonable rates, too. Thanks so much, guys! We'll be back!

On Jan 29th, 2024, I had the pleasure to meet Abigail at the DVT FBO later in the evening. It had been a long day and what a great smile to see when walking into the FBO.

We landed in a CJ2 and upon entering the FBO, which we had not planned on coming there, I had no plans for a hotel or transportation. Abigail assisted me not only with finding a hotel, but getting to the hotel (it was close) and she was very nice and professional.

The next morning she offered to have someone come get me and bring me back to the airport, but I declined the offer. Upon arrival back to the FBO, she remembered me and greeted me by name and was immediately in the mode of how can we help you. With the fluid schedule we were working with, plans kept changing and she changed right along with us. Ultimately, she helped us on short notice and made it a very pleasant experience.

The line was amazing and accommodating as well. They were efficient, and effective.

I go to a lot of FBO's across the country including GTU (Home). This is without a doubt one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in a very long time. I shared my experience with the owner of the plane and he said that is why we always go to Cutter when they are on the field. He echoed that DVT customer service was among the best he has seen as well.

EVERYONE representing Cutter was extremely professional and just seemed like they were happy to be there and loved their position.

We visited KPHX in our Mooney for a short meeting at a nearby hotel. We parked at Cutter, the best FBO we have found in more than 43 years of flying to many locations across the country. A friendly member of the Cutter Professional Staff met us at our airplane and drove us to their modern facility where they arranged the loan of a crew car and offered us bottled water. We provided them with identification and were escorted to their parking lot and given the keys to a nearly new car. When we returned about 2 hours later we were only charged for the 7 gallons of fuel we purchased but not for the car or the parking. The entire staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. A better FBO does not exist!

From the moment service manager JD Phillips personally answered the phone call from a frustrated, stressed pilot whose Beechcraft Sierra had left him stranded overnight in Addison, I knew I was dealing with a business and staff holding the highest ideals of service, integrity, and professionalism accompanied by an "old school" work ethic and pride in their craft. As my Sierra was recovered from another FBO and serviced alongside far more expensive (and likely profitable) King Air and Pilatus aircraft, never once did I feel like I was any less of a priority or that my presence was any bother to the friendly, knowledgeable mechanics of Cutter Aviation.

JD Phillips himself took the time to offer valuable insights and perspectives on maintenance and repair specifically relevant to my aircraft, and in no time the Sierra was fully operational and I was embarking on my return flight home to Springdale, AR.

It is a refreshing experience to find such an emphasis on customer service and courtesy - especially for what I felt was an exceptionally reasonable price. I would not hesitate to ever visit Cutter Aviation in the future, and would enthusiastically encourage any pilot or owner to strongly consider Cutter Aviation for any aircraft service or maintenance needs.
