I used to visit Cutter, as a corporate pilot, in a G-V, and before that a G-IV, Our treatment was always excellent. Our recent visit was no different in our Beech Debonair. Parking, rental car and service was just like we were in a jet. The people are terrific especially Tara, Janey, Max and the others there. Great job, Thanks to all of you.

I visited on Saturday, October 18, 2014 after flying in from Chicago. Was met on the ramp, and they brought my rental car out right away. The line person with the enchanting million dollar smile courteously asked me if she could put fuel in my plane right away, and I of course agreed. Excellent as usual. Ramp agents were polite and professional. The desk staff was helpful and courteous. Offered water and souvenir green chili. The plane was waiting in front as scheduled.

To say that Cutter is a step above is not even close to enough praise. I lead a Customer Experience (CX) team at a large software mfg., and will be using my Cutter experience as a great aspirational example. Always above and beyond, always caring about you and your family, and I only fly a prop plane. It makes you WANT to do business with them whenever possible. Flew into KDVT for a quick getaway with my wife this week. Tara had arranged for a car, which was brought out by one of the great lineman. They helped with luggage and securing the plane. On return, fueling was handled as requested and the staff handled loading and the rental car return perfectly. It is a very busy airport but well located and great staff. I haven't been treated better anywhere else. Great Job.
