Human Resources DirectorXHeather BrecedaHuman Resources DirectorEmailHeather Breceda oversees the Human Resource needs of all Cutter’s locations with responsibilities that include human capital, recruitment, retention, benefits, administration and managing the employer-employee relationship.
Prior to joining Cutter Aviation in 2015, Heather was the Human Resource Director at MBI Industrial Medicine, a company specializing in occupational healthcare in the Phoenix, Casa Grande and Tucson areas.
Heather is an active participant in SHRM and has received credentialing through HRCI for her work in Human Resources and has received her HRM through University of Phoenix. She is also an active licensed Paralegal.

With an impressive background from her previous roles in a Fortune 100 Corporation, Nancy has played a pivotal role in leadership at both district and regional levels, focusing on employee/labor relations, investigations, and People Operations.
Nancy has extensive experience in training and developing workshops aimed at improving overall employee engagement. She oversees the entire employee life cycle at Cutter, including employee relations, group health benefits, and engagement programs. Passionate about sharing her knowledge, Nancy loves coaching and developing others into leaders.
