Cutter Aviation Announces Callie Printz as Customer and Teammate Experience Ambassador

Phoenix, AZ – Cutter Aviation is pleased to announce the appointment of Callie Printz to the role of Customer and Teammate Experience (CTX) Ambassador, based out of the company’s Phoenix, AZ location.

In this position, Printz will focus on strengthening relationships with both customers and employees through direct follow-up and feedback across Cutter Aviation’s Maintenance, FBO, and Charter operations. The program is designed to create a more personal, high-touch approach to customer service while helping departments identify opportunities for continued improvement.

Printz began her career with Cutter Aviation as a Customer Service Representative at the company’s Prescott, Arizona location. Just one year later, she was promoted to Customer Service Manager, where she continued building strong customer relationships while supporting daily operations and helping maintain the high service standards Cutter Aviation is known for.
