Flew into KCOS end of June and had a good experience with the folks at Cutter. They were kind enough to drive me to the main terminal to get rental car (should have booked through them, it would have been waiting). I visited on Saturday, October 18, 2014 after flying in from Chicago. Was met on the ramp, and they brought my rental car out right away. The line person with the enchanting million dollar smile courteously asked me if she could put fuel in my plane right away, and I of course agreed. All I can say is these folks will have my business every time I land at COS. They have to be the happiest employees I have ever met. Must be the Altitude as they always have a smile and cannot do enough for you.

Can't say enough about the Cutter staff and services. There's someone always there to meet you at taxi-in, fresh brownies and excellent coffee or cold water when you walk in and someone smiling behind the counter asking how they can help. On this last visit, I really appreciated Jared S. and his assistance in loading and releasing the airplane - we'll be back for sure!

Flew in on 8/2/15, expecting to rest overnight and fly to ASE the next day; WX did not cooperate, so I left the plane at COS and drove. EVERYONE at Cutter provided top-notch service and was just plain friendly. This may be the best-run FBO I have ever visited.
