Wouldn't change anything. Everyone was great. They got us in promptly and had us out the door 3 hours after receiving the part. Everyone was kind courteous and professional

They did a good job all around I was kept up to date and informed of any issues. The shop and Kevin I think did a great job.

Both Kevin and Molly established really good expectations during our maintenance input. Communication was a priority of theirs. I was able to watch the progress of our annual mx visit, which was important for this new aviation manager. We were out on time to make our first trip scheduled after maintenance as well.

Kevin Fenske was an absolute joy to work with! His communication, follow up & follow-through were second to none. My annual experience was as good as it could be, all things considered, and I'll definitely be back. Thank you, Kevin & Cutter!
