We were AOG. Bruce got Ben Allen to us in a matter of hours. They worked through the weekend to get us back in the air.

SAT's personnel provide me excellent service and keep me informed of the work performed. I am referring other operators of PC-24s to service their planes there and their PC-24 experience and numbers will grow. I chose them 1. for the people there, who prioritize my need for aircraft availability for my owner. 2. because I have relatively easy transportation to SAT and back, either drive or airlines. 3. they have been a great resource for information in my support.

You guys got me in and out the same day after landing gear problem indication problem.

Annual Inspection was performed on time & delivered when promised. Work was excellent. No squawks!

Bruce/Andy/Larry and the entire Cutter SAT Team did a fantastic job on the annual, pre-purchase, and prop overhaul of my recently purchased Piper Merdian.
