Troubleshooting an issue is not always easy or understood by some of todays aircraft mechanics. However, Scott at Cutter SAT was wonderful to work with. He brought his many years of experience to bear in our need for understanding of the systems needing attention. His professionalism and knowledge greatly aided in our ability to make progress with the issue at hand.

Eddie and crew met us & parked aircraft. There was threat of hail the next day so they took it on themselves to park aircraft in hangar at no extra charge. Good brownies too!

I have flown into TKI 4-5 times now and love stopping at Cutter. Line services were always available, rental car was always pulled up to the plane for the passenger, and while I waited in the lobby the staff was extremely friendly and always gave me a courtesy car and recommendation for food. They have nice computers, wi-fi, a lunchroom with vending machines, nice bathrooms, and a good "hangout" lounge for hours of mindless television watching. Will continue to use

Recently flew into Cutter at ABQ to provide transportation for a Wounded Warrior who was confined to a wheelchair. The staff at Cutter rolled out the "red carpet" for the wounded vet and his family and the airplane crew. They supplied a forklift to load the vet into the cargo door of the Pilatus. This FBO supports vets and I highly recommend their service. Friendly staff, nice environment, lounge and good cookies!!

Arrived as part of a 100-member fly in conference. The staff of Cutter excelled in taking care of every detail of our arrival, stay, and departure. These fine folks did not miss single opportunity to exceed our expectations! Kudos to the management and every member of the team. I recommend this FBO without reservation.
