Cutter Aviation Announces Transfer of Will D. Cutter to Phoenix, AZ (PHX) FBO Location

Phoenix, AZ – Cutter Aviation is pleased to announce the transfer of Will D. Cutter from Georgetown Executive Airport (GTU) in Georgetown, Texas, to the company’s headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, where he has been appointed Vice President of PHX FBO Operations.

Will D. Cutter joined Cutter Aviation in 2010 and has held leadership roles across the organization, including serving as General Manager of Cutter Aviation’s Georgetown Executive Airport FBO. Throughout his tenure, he has been instrumental in supporting the company’s operations and upholding Cutter Aviation’s commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Prior to joining Cutter Aviation, he gained broad aviation industry experience with Piper Aircraft, where he worked in marketing and sales, supporting digital marketing initiatives, aircraft demonstrations, customer deliveries, and production operations.

As Vice President of PHX FBO Operations, Cutter will oversee all Fixed Base Operations at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), including line service, customer service, facilities, and safety.
