Cutter Aviation Recognized by NAIOP for Industrial Build-to-Suit Project of the Year

Deer Valley, AZ – Cutter Aviation is pleased to announce that it has been recognized by the Best of NAIOP for Industrial Build-to-Suit Project of the Year. This accolade acknowledges Cutter Aviation’s achievement in developing its brand-new hangars at the Phoenix Deer Valley Airport.

Cutter Aviation added three new aircraft hangars as well as a two-story office space to the Phoenix Deer Valley Airport using GCON, Inc. as the contractor. The expansion includes 60,000 sq ft of aircraft storage and 3,700 sq ft of office space, more than doubling the company’s presence at the airport.
