Phoenix, AZ – America’s Friendliest Airport® has gotten friendlier and now offers a great opportunity for students, families, friends, and others to explore and learn about the airport, its amenities and surrounding landmarks through fun, self-guided tours.

Individuals and school groups can see what there is to do at America’s Friendliest Airport® by visiting a special section of the website devoted to self-guided tours at skyharbor.com/selfguidedtours

The section includes an array of tour-related links and information about Sky Harbor, including art exhibitions, the PHX Sky Train®, and terminal and historical facts for aviation buffs.  Download maps and read descriptions of key amenities at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.  These entertaining tours are easy for any age group and for those who enjoy leisurely strolls. Why not come take a self-guided tour over Spring Break or during school holidays?

Every day approximately 1,200 aircraft and more than 120,000 passengers arrive and depart at Sky Harbor, making it one of the ten busiest airports in the United States. PHX Sky Harbor is funded with Airport revenue. No local tax dollars are used to support the Airport.
