Flew into KDVT on Nov 21st 2015. Read on AirNav that Cutter is the place to go, so I did. I rented a Hertz car online (via AirNav) as well. On the morning of the flight I got a call from Hertz asking for arrival time and tail number. Once landed Tower pointed me to the Cutter ramp.
