Flew in to KDVT to pick up a new puppy. Our Bonanza was parked right in front of the door,
the rental car was brought out to the plane, and the Linemen helped us get everything into the car. On departure, had a [electric] propeller problem and Vohn and Ana went out of their way to get us the help we needed so I (an A&P myself) could fix the problem and get us on our way. Once again Cutter provided an invaluable rest stop on our way across the country. Being the last stop before home, their friendly service and response to the needs of our little family were very appreciated. We wanted half an hour of rest with some pie and ice cream, so they pointed us out the door to the nearby restaurant on the field. Even in 100+ degree heat it was a tolerable walk. I love this airport. Very friendly FBO, easy to access from the North. Thanks Tara and Mollie (?). Made the kids feel at home while I preflighted. Even some helpful hints on how to remove the cactus spines that my curious 8 year discovered. We'll be back.

Cutter at DVT is doing a great job of serving the need of the customer. They have recently closed their maintenance shop and are definitely concentrating on FBO services. They were very accommodating with fuel services, refreshments, baggage handling, fees, etc. It is great to have this treatment in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area where other FBOs are quite expensive with no additional services.

Stopped with Cutter for 6 days in May. These guys are great! Helped with bags, had the plane fueled and ready. Gave me the best price on gas, previous week when I booked or while I was there whichever was cheaper. They also waved the ramp fees and overnight as I purchased Gas. So all I paid for the whole stay was the gas. I would definitely stop by again.

I have never had a bad experience here, but I would like to thank three guys who always seem to be the first to help me out. Jeff, Kyle and Max. These guys are quick with my bags, fuel if needed and get me on my way. Thanks for your hard work.
