Flew in to KDVT to pick up a new puppy. Our Bonanza was parked right in front of the door, the rental car was brought out to the plane, and the Linemen helped us get everything into the car. On departure, had a [electric] propeller problem and Vohn and Ana went out of their way to get us the help we needed so I (an A&P myself) could fix the problem and get us on our way. The staff at Cutter is one of the most courteous and professional I have ever experienced at any airport in the Country. They took a proactive approach to service. They even called and asked if they could put our plane in the hangar for us when storms were approaching. One of the best FBO's ever. Line folk were on the ramp with cold water and a cart to take us to the building. Tara in the front office is amazing, friendly and very efficient. Would not think of ever going anywhere else in the Phoenix area for service.
