Just a great place to park in Phoenix. Delightful staff arranged ground transportation by phone. Had the car on the ramp waiting for me to shut down. Handled all my requests with ease and the whole staff is interested in airplanes. That's rare at larger FBO's.

I cannot say enough good things about the Cutter crew. We were dispatched to KDVT in support of the Wildland Fires north of Phoenix. Our crew consisted of a pilot with the helicopter and 2 ground support personnel with a truck and fuel trailer. Showing up last minute without prior notice, Max and the crew out on the ramp eagerly assisted me with parking the helicopter out of the way and assisting with the helicopter gear. Flew in to KDVT to pick up a new puppy. Our Bonanza was parked right in front of the door, the rental car was brought out to the plane, and the Linemen helped us get everything into the car. On departure, had a [electric] propeller problem and Vohn and Ana went out of their way to get us the help we needed so I (an A&P myself) could fix the problem and get us on our way.
