Big service for a little plane!

Just spent a week in Cutter’s heated hangar and missed the snow storm. This was my second visit to Cutter this year and the service was GREAT again. Their people are their greatest asset. Their facilities are clean and conveniently located on the airport away from commercial ramps.

OUTSTANDING! Cutter COS handled every request I made for them under less than ideal circumstances. On arrival with 25G35 winds they led me straight to the overnight T-hangar for my Husky, rode me back to the terminal, had my hotel reservation made and had already called the hotel shuttle van. Next AM had the airplane pulled out and topped off per my request before my arrival. WAY TO GO and THANKS!

These guys are AWESOME! Flew in on a Monday night in a bonanza for a quick meeting. Had the car ready, waiting, and warmed up for us when we pulled up. When we returned, we found out that they hangared the aircraft since it had started accumulating snow. This was my 2nd time coming here and I'll definitely be back again and again!

N774GE was greeted timely and professionally by Jerry and staff. Our vehicles were brought to us, we were helped with our luggage, and provided the information we requested. With no delay, we were on our way. Our weather concerns were addressed in our absence. Even though our departure time change several times, we were treated with patience and respect. Can't say enough about the Cutter staff and services. There's someone always there to meet you at taxi-in, fresh brownies and excellent coffee or cold water when you walk in and someone smiling behind the counter asking how they can help. On this last visit, I really appreciated Jared S. and his assistance in loading and releasing the airplane - we'll be back for sure!

Decent fuel prices for a big airport like this and good service to match. Got us a great rate at the Radisson down the street with "The Airplane Restaurant" attached.
