Flew in for USAFA reunion. Cutter was EXCELLENT. Arranged Hertz rental, had it at the aircraft upon arrival. At least 2 line personnel there to help on arr/dept. CSR were very nice. Fuel price was fair...$5.81, especially for a larger airport. All of the above for an 182T! No ramp fee and they even had tie downs for the Skylane. Highly recommend.

OUTSTANDING! Cutter COS handled every request I made for them under less than ideal circumstances. On arrival with 25G35 winds they led me straight to the overnight T-hangar for my Husky, rode me back to the terminal, had my hotel reservation made and had already called the hotel shuttle van. Next AM had the airplane pulled out and topped off per my request before my arrival. WAY TO GO and THANKS!

What makes it different? I have been landing here for the past 5 years, and it could be just another FBO stop, but this difference to me is Jen and the line crew. Jen and the line crew are the best!

N774GE was greeted timely and professionally by Jerry and staff. Our vehicles were brought to us, we were helped with our luggage, and provided the information we requested. With no delay, we were on our way. Our weather concerns were addressed in our absence. Even though our departure time change several times, we were treated with patience and respect. Cutter is a busy little FBO but they treat everyone like royalty, whether you're flying a spamcan, an experimental, a corporate twin or a VLJ. They had our rental car ready when we arrived, helped with unloading & tiedown, gave us restaurant recommendations that were spot on. When we left two days later, we arrived to find our plane fueled and ready and they gave us a plate of fresh homemade brownies to take with us! Very reasonable rates, too.

I always plan my cross countries to include a RON at COS if possible and I have found Cutter to be a first class operation. It was dark with low ceilings, wind and icing. The tower people were great, both in getting us on the ground, and in guiding us to Cutter. This is not an easy airport to navigate in the dark if you are not very familiar.
