What makes it different? I have been landing here for the past 5 years, and it could be just another FBO stop, but this difference to me is Jen and the line crew. Jen and the line crew are the best!

All I can say is these folks will have my business every time I land at COS. They have to be the happiest employees I have ever met. Must be the Altitude as they always have a smile and cannot do enough for you.

Flew into COS July 11 for fuel, band to wait out weather. The staff of Cutter treated my son and I like family. Great service very friendly staff, even for a guy in a 210. Thanks guys. I will stop in again.

Received excellent service on 10/15. When I arrived, my rental car was planeside 2 minutes after shutdown. Staff was very helpful and service oriented. I'll be back.

Outstanding FBO / Great service! This was our first time at this cutter location and we found the service of the entire staff was outstanding. The line staff assisted us with having the ground ambulance plane side so that their was no delay in getting our patient to the hospital quickly. Excellent Service! I've been to FBOs that were attractive and service was good. Cutter in Colorado Springs is different particularly when you get to deal with front desk staff like Pauline. Welcoming, like I just came back from a long trip and all is well. Certainly a very friendly, efficient and thorough handling of customer service. Thanks to whoever hired her.
