I came to Colorado Springs to assist with the Waldo Canyon fire. We were in a Cessna 337P to work as air attack on the fire. I am here to tell you that the service at Cutter Aviation is the best that I have had any place in the USA. When we came we were met and treated like we flew in some kinda fancy jet! Cold water, lemonade, crew cars, rental cars, brownies, smiles, quick and helpful service and attention are a big part of what is so neat at this FBO. If that is not enough I was unable to find a motel to stay at when we arrived and the Counter found us a room in a city with 35,000 people displaced from their homes! I had given up looking. Cutter saved me from sleeping on the cold hard ground in a sleeping bag at a fire camp! The employees are all one in a million that care about the business even more that themselves, the quality of service at this FBO is exceeded by none. THANK YOU.

Flew in to Cutter at KCOS June 6 for the weekend to attend a friend's wedding at the Broadmoor Hotel. Met immediately at Cutter by line personal to marshal me in and provide help. I had emailed ahead and all my requests were acknowledged by staff including hangar space for the aircraft given severe weather moving into the area for the weekend. Lineman had my fuel request in hand but suggested the plane be fueled on Sunday to take advantage of weekend fuel discount of $0.25/gal. Plane was pulled to hangar at a very reasonable $35.00/night. Next stop was at front desk where exceptional service was provided by staff there. Broadmoor shuttle operates out of main terminal and staff provided transport from Cutter to the terminal. Severe weather hit before our reaching the Hotel so all help in securing inside storage and prompt delivery of the plane to safe harbor was much appreciated. Landed at COS just before a big rainstorm on my way to Oshkosh. The crew at Cutter treated me like royalty, rolling my RV-6 into the hangar to protect it from the rain. When my buddy arrived a couple of hours later in his RV-8 he got treated great too. Paul, and all the Cutter crew, really knows the meaning of customer service. We did not spend a lot of money with Cutter that day, but we sure got treated like we were paying the light bill! Thank you for the help. See you next year.

I Stayed at Cutter in KCOS between 5/19-5/28 and was amazed at the service and extremely friendly staff. Landed between thunderstorms approached and surrounding areas rained heavily which made unloading everything and the kitchen sink quite a task in the rain. The staff allowed my awaiting POV to drive out to the plane to ease loading. They employees jumped in without hesitation or even me asking for assistance to help unload the garage sale of junk the better half had to bring (I know I'm not the only one with this problem) and even helped put my aircraft cover on despite the weather being miserable. This has been my best FBO experience to date and I couldn't believe how nice and accommodating the employees were not just to me but anyone else that came in contact with them, all this and I'm only a Bug smasher Comanche not a corporate jet. Prices were cheaper then the Jet Center, even if they were more I'd be hard pressed to go anywhere but Cutter due to the stellar service!
