I transported an Angel Flight passenger to COS from ABQ and found the service at Cutter to be outstanding. Two linemen met my passenger and me at shut down. The guys were very helpful in unloading the passenger and her wheelchair, they escorted her to the FBO and assisted her in meeting her ground transportation. Cutter provided exactly what I needed on this trip.

Flew in on 8/2/15, expecting to rest overnight and fly to ASE the next day; WX did not cooperate, so I left the plane at COS and drove. EVERYONE at Cutter provided top-notch service and was just plain friendly. This may be the best-run FBO I have ever visited.

I always plan my cross countries to include a RON at COS if possible and I have found Cutter to be a first class operation. It was dark with low ceilings, wind and icing. The tower people were great, both in getting us on the ground, and in guiding us to Cutter. This is not an easy airport to navigate in the dark if you are not very familiar. Cutter is a busy little FBO but they treat everyone like royalty, whether you're flying a spamcan, an experimental, a corporate twin or a VLJ. They had our rental car ready when we arrived, helped with unloading & tiedown, gave us restaurant recommendations that were spot on. When we left two days later, we arrived to find our plane fueled and ready and they gave us a plate of fresh homemade brownies to take with us! Very reasonable rates, too.

Fantastic customer service. Moved here from another FBO on field and was pleasantly surprised. Getting things done "yesterday" is no problem here. Very good safety and well trained line personnel. These guys are great!

Amazing people. We were treated very well and the line guys assisted us with all our bags. We will be back.
