We have flown into Cutter in the 421 twice in 2 weeks. Both times the service was top notch with rental cars waiting by the plane as the engines were being shut down. Ramp is busy but a swarm of ramp employees get the chocks on, fuel orders, and rentals (with water in them) and make things effortless. Hangar prices are a bit steep overnight, but well worth it. I transported an Angel Flight passenger to COS from ABQ and found the service at Cutter to be outstanding. Two linemen met my passenger and me at shut down. The guys were very helpful in unloading the passenger and her wheelchair, they escorted her to the FBO and assisted her in meeting her ground transportation. Cutter provided exactly what I needed on this trip.

Outstanding FBO / Great service! This was our first time at this cutter location and we found the service of the entire staff was outstanding. The line staff assisted us with having the ground ambulance plane side so that their was no delay in getting our patient to the hospital quickly. We requested hangar space for our aircraft and the line staff was very careful when towing our aircraft. A big High Five to Paulina, Kevin and Will for going the extra mile in providing the outstanding customer service that you don't find at other FBO's across the country. When we serve other together it make our world a better place, thank you for your willingness to show this openly with your actions. Many of the patients we transport are unable to afford the transportation to get the medical care they so desperately need. With the support of charitable funding, Grace on Wings provides transport to patients who are needing to go for important treatment throughout the United States. Thank you again for making our day a little easier with your outstanding service and staff.

Excellent line service and friendly desk staff. They called a taxi as requested on their UNICOM freq 15 minutes prior to landing and the cab pulled up to my airplane as I shut down. Overnight fee not waived with (57 gallon) top-off (Cirrus) but it was only $10. They will be my FBO of choice when I visit the 'Springs.
