What makes it different? I have been landing here for the past 5 years, and it could be just another FBO stop, but this difference to me is Jen and the line crew. Jen and the line crew are the best!

Cutter consistently gives good service to their customers. The rent car was on the ramp when we arrived with a very helpful line & reception crew. They also extended the weekend fuel discount even though we came in on Friday. It's the little things that add up to a very positive experience. Thanks Guys!

We have flown into Cutter in the 421 twice in 2 weeks. Both times the service was top notch with rental cars waiting by the plane as the engines were being shut down. Ramp is busy but a swarm of ramp employees get the chocks on, fuel orders, and rentals (with water in them) and make things effortless. Hangar prices are a bit steep overnight, but well worth it. We flew in on Oct 15, 2019 with the intent of visiting the WWII museum on the airport. The line crew were very efficient and friendly in getting us parked right next to the door. The ladies behind the desk, Lelde and Danielle, were very friendly and helpful regarding our comfort and finding lunch at the Airplane Restaurant. Another huge thumbs UP for Cutter in Colorado Springs. We arrived in my Bonanza and they quickly directed us to parking and pulled the rental car around. Left it running to warm up while they escorted my family inside. They helped me unload the plane and then my family returned with a tray of brownies and stuffed animals for the kids. Nice service from Cutter on an RON. They parked me close to an electric outlet so I could plug in my engines. The nearby Hampton Inn and Garden Inn have a shuttle service. Definitely a good overnight stop.
