I transported an Angel Flight passenger to COS from ABQ and found the service at Cutter to be outstanding. Two linemen met my passenger and me at shut down. The guys were very helpful in unloading the passenger and her wheelchair, they escorted her to the FBO and assisted her in meeting her ground transportation. Cutter provided exactly what I needed on this trip.

It was just a quick stop in KCOS on 3/19/15 and service was excellent. We had an issue with our lav and both line personnel (can't remember their names) were spot on. They had the cart out right away, provided me with the necessary equipment and solved the problem. After that, they hustled and retrieved the fuel truck and were quick in providing fuel, so we could have some time to grab a quick lunch. CSR service was excellent inside

We were diverted to KCOS due to weather and, having never been to KCOS before, were given the choice of two FBOs. Luckily, I selected Cutter. We received the best service I've experienced at an FBO from Jerry and Rita at Cutter. They negotiated a great rate for us at a local hotel, parked our 172 for us, and drove us to the hotel. The next morning Cutter was very helpful in getting us on our way. A great staff!

5/10 landed at COS taxied to Cutter was meet by line tech Eddie car was waiting, what a crew Haile, Sara, Mike, Nathan, and a couple others. A great place to stop and awesome service.

N774GE was greeted timely and professionally by Jerry and staff. Our vehicles were brought to us, we were helped with our luggage, and provided the information we requested. With no delay, we were on our way. Our weather concerns were addressed in our absence. Even though our departure time change several times, we were treated with patience and respect. Thank you Jerry, and thank you Cutter KCOS. C ya.

A really great experience.... And the hangar space was cheap! The fresh brownies were a nice addition to the very nice homey welcome given by all of the staff.
