Cutter at COS is the friendliest and most enthusiastic FBO on planet earth. It's impossible to make a request for anything because they offer up before you have a chance to ask. They jump as if to have been shot out of a cannon to serve the pilot and passengers. The bathroom is the spic and span; that means 'clean' for you younger aviators. The crew car was waiting. And the Airplane restaurant is just a few blocks away. And

I always plan my cross countries to include a RON at COS if possible and I have found Cutter to be a first class operation. It was dark with low ceilings, wind and icing. The tower people were great, both in getting us on the ground, and in guiding us to Cutter. This is not an easy airport to navigate in the dark if you are not very familiar. We visited over Memorial weekend. Great service and friendly staff. Rental car was ready when we landed. They provided brownies and cardboard planes to my kids. We will definitely return to Cutter. Nice Job!

Hands down one of the best FBOs I've ever landed at. We diverted to COS due to weather. Shortly after landing 3 line technicians surrounded the A/C, unloaded our bags and had the plane tugged into the hangar within minutes. Before we were inside, a hotel reservation was made for us and Stephen was kind enough to give us a ride in the company van. Outstanding job guys! Keep up the good work!

I transported an Angel Flight passenger to COS from ABQ and found the service at Cutter to be outstanding. Two linemen met my passenger and me at shut down. The guys were very helpful in unloading the passenger and her wheelchair, they escorted her to the FBO and assisted her in meeting her ground transportation. Cutter provided exactly what I needed on this trip.

Landed at COS just before a big rainstorm on my way to Oshkosh. The crew at Cutter treated me like royalty, rolling my RV-6 into the hangar to protect it from the rain. When my buddy arrived a couple of hours later in his RV-8 he got treated great too. Paul, and all the Cutter crew, really knows the meaning of customer service.
