N774GE was greeted timely and professionally by Jerry and staff. Our vehicles were brought to us, we were helped with our luggage, and provided the information we requested. With no delay, we were on our way. Our weather concerns were addressed in our absence. Even though our departure time change several times, we were treated with patience and respect. OUTSTANDING! Cutter COS handled every request I made for them under less than ideal circumstances. On arrival with 25G35 winds they led me straight to the overnight T-hangar for my Husky, rode me back to the terminal, had my hotel reservation made and had already called the hotel shuttle van. Next AM had the airplane pulled out and topped off per my request before my arrival. WAY TO GO and THANKS!

The fine folks provide first class service at a very fair price. When I kidded Lineman Tony, that I should really have a Cutter Hat, he went way out of his way to provide a hat to me. Thanks Tony!

Cutter consistently gives good service to their customers. The rent car was on the ramp when we arrived with a very helpful line & reception crew. They also extended the weekend fuel discount even though we came in on Friday. It's the little things that add up to a very positive experience. Thanks Guys!

I Stayed at Cutter in KCOS between 5/19-5/28 and was amazed at the service and extremely friendly staff. Landed between thunderstorms approached and surrounding areas rained heavily which made unloading everything and the kitchen sink quite a task in the rain. The staff allowed my awaiting POV to drive out to the plane to ease loading. They employees jumped in without hesitation or even me asking for assistance to help unload the garage sale of junk the better half had

Eddie and crew met us & parked aircraft. There was threat of hail the next day so they took it on themselves to park aircraft in hangar at no extra charge. Good brownies too!
