Landed at COS just before a big rainstorm on my way to Oshkosh. The crew at Cutter treated me like royalty, rolling my RV-6 into the hangar to protect it from the rain. When my buddy arrived a couple of hours later in his RV-8 he got treated great too. Paul, and all the Cutter crew, really knows the meaning of customer service. We did not spend a lot of money with Cutter that day, but we sure got treated

Excellent FBO at COS! Took a short trip to “the Springs” and really glad we chose Cutter for our FBO. The service there is outstanding, everyone from the line crew to the front desk were polite, courteous and very helpful. Even greeted by the manager, Mr. Martin, who heads this well-run ship. Doesn’t seem to matter if you are in a Learjet, or even a little RV such as we fly, everyone is welcomed equally. They arranged our rental car

With no delay, we were on our way. Our weather concerns were addressed in our absence. Even though our departure time change several times, we were treated with patience and respect. OUTSTANDING! Cutter COS handled every request I made for them under less than ideal circumstances. On arrival with 25G35 winds they led me straight to the overnight T-hangar for my Husky, rode me back to the terminal, had my hotel reservation made and had already called the hotel shuttle van. Next AM had the airplane pulled out and topped off per my request before my arrival. WAY TO GO and THANKS!

Last weekend while doing flights for charity organization Wounded Warriors I had the great pleasure of being waited on hand and foot by Cutter Aviations finest employees Eddie and Sean at Colorado Springs. These two individuals went above and beyond providing our wounded veterans with first class service and respect. I needed some night landings to stay current and so I decided to take my wife to KCOS for a $100 burger last week.
