Landed at COS just before a big rainstorm on my way to Oshkosh. The crew at Cutter treated me like royalty, rolling my RV-6 into the hangar to protect it from the rain. When my buddy arrived a couple of hours later in his RV-8 he got treated great too. Paul, and all the Cutter crew, really knows the meaning of customer service. We did not spend a lot of money with Cutter that day, but we sure got treated

N774GE was greeted timely and professionally by Jerry and staff. Our vehicles were brought to us, we were helped with our luggage, and provided the information we requested. With no delay, we were on our way. Our weather concerns were addressed in our absence. Even though our departure time change several times, we were treated with patience and respect. A really great experience.... And the hangar space was cheap! The fresh brownies were a nice addition to the very nice homey welcome given by all of the staff.

Cutter at COS is the friendliest and most enthusiastic FBO on planet earth. It's impossible to make a request for anything because they offer up before you have a chance to ask. They jump as if to have been shot out of a cannon to serve the pilot and passengers. The bathroom is the spic and span; that means 'clean' for you younger aviators. The crew car was waiting. And the Airplane restaurant is just a few blocks away. And

These folks are AMAZING! The facility isn't impressive, but the customer service certainly is. We asked for a nearby non-chain lunch recommendation, and they sent us to the Airplane Restaurant... As we parked, a Cutter van pulled up, and the driver popped out of the car to give us a discount coupon he forgot to give us at the counter. Over the top! One of the linemen also took the care to call me directly to clarify our fueling order,

Cutter is simply the best FBO I have ever had the privilege to visit. Everyone is totally customer oriented -- and I arrived in an RV7! Before leaving, I needed 4 gallons of 100LL. I got service with a smile and a big thanks. RV7s, SR22s, and Citations all receive the same, royal treatment. I would make a detour to stop at Cutter. Thanks!!
