Excellent FBO at COS! Took a short trip to “the Springs” and really glad we chose Cutter for our FBO. The service there is outstanding, everyone from the line crew to the front desk were polite, courteous and very helpful. Even greeted by the manager, Mr. Martin, who heads this well-run ship. Doesn’t seem to matter if you are in a Learjet, or even a little RV such as we fly, everyone is welcomed equally. They arranged our rental car

Cutter at COS is the friendliest and most enthusiastic FBO on planet earth. It's impossible to make a request for anything because they offer up before you have a chance to ask. They jump as if to have been shot out of a cannon to serve the pilot and passengers. The bathroom is the spic and span; that means 'clean' for you younger aviators. The crew car was waiting. I Stayed at Cutter in KCOS between 5/19-5/28 and was amazed at the service and extremely friendly staff. Landed between thunderstorms approached and surrounding areas rained heavily which made unloading everything and the kitchen sink quite a task in the rain. The staff allowed my awaiting POV to drive out to the plane to ease loading. They employees jumped in without hesitation or even me asking for assistance to help unload the garage sale of junk the better half had

Hands down one of the best FBOs I've ever landed at. We diverted to COS due to weather. Shortly after landing 3 line technicians surrounded the A/C, unloaded our bags and had the plane tugged into the hangar within minutes. Before we were inside, a hotel reservation was made for us and Stephen was kind enough to give us a ride in the company van. Outstanding job guys! Keep up the good work!

Flew in on 8/2/15, expecting to rest overnight and fly to ASE the next day; WX did not cooperate, so I left the plane at COS and drove. EVERYONE at Cutter provided top-notch service and was just plain friendly. This may be the best-run FBO I have ever visited.
