Outstanding FBO / Great service! This was our first time at this cutter location and we found the service of the entire staff was outstanding. The line staff assisted us with having the ground ambulance plane side so that their was no delay in getting our patient to the hospital quickly. We requested hangar space for our aircraft and the line staff was very careful when towing our aircraft. A big High Five to Paulina, Kevin and Will for going the extra mile in providing the outstanding customer service that you don't find at other FBO's across the country. When we serve other together it make our world a better place, thank you for your willingness to show this openly with your actions. Many of the patients we transport are unable to afford the transportation to get the medical care they so desperately need. With the support of charitable funding, Grace on Wings provides transport to patients who are needing to go for important treatment throughout the United States. Thank you again for making our day a little easier with your outstanding service and staff.

I came to Colorado Springs to assist with the Waldo Canyon fire. We were in a Cessna 337P to work as air attack on the fire. I am here to tell you that the service at Cutter Aviation is the best that I have had any place in the USA. When we came we were met and treated like we flew in some kinda fancy jet! Cold water, lemonade, crew cars, rental cars, brownies, smiles, quick and helpful service and attention are a big part of what is so neat at this FBO. If that is not enough I was unable to find a motel to stay at when we arrived and the Counter found us a room in a city with 35,000 people displaced from their homes! I had given up looking. Cutter saved me from sleeping on the cold hard ground in a sleeping bag at a fire camp! The employees are all one in a million that care about the business even more that themselves, the quality of service at this FBO is exceeded by none. THANK YOU.

My first experience with Cutter at COS...And it was outstanding. I have traveled all over the USA in our Mooney and have experienced the entire spectrum of FBO service levels: Cutter is at the top. I have been to other Cutter locations and it is consistently outstanding. Halie at the front desk coordinated our rental car to be waiting for us when we arrived, pulled up planeside...With carpet laid by our plane's footstep. The linemen were waiting for me as I entered the ramp and had others manning the fuel truck ready to fuel before I unstrapped from my seat! Then when fueling completed, per my request--manually pushed me into their hangar for our stay. Reasonable hangar rate, with a discount for fuel top-off. When I was ready to depart early as they opened, they dropped everything to assist me in my departure. That's what I look for in an FBO!! Great job, Cutter.... I won't stay at any other FBO when there is a Cutter on field.

Flew into KCOS end of June and had a good experience with the folks at Cutter. They were kind enough to drive me to the main terminal to get rental car (should have booked through them, it would have been waiting). They also picked me up on our way out after I dropped off the car at the main rental return area. A little confusion on the refueling day (it was hot so didn't want to refuel on arrival since we would be loosing gas to expansion). But they quickly got it done and were very nice about waiving an extra night of tie-down for the inconvenience. The fresh brownies were a special bonus!
