I visited on Saturday, October 18, 2014 after flying in from Chicago. Was met on the ramp, and they brought my rental car out right away. The line person with the enchanting million dollar smile courteously asked me if she could put fuel in my plane right away, and I of course agreed. We were diverted to KCOS due to weather and, having never been to KCOS before, were given the choice of two FBOs. Luckily, I selected Cutter. We received the best service I've experienced at an FBO from Jerry and Rita at Cutter. They negotiated a great rate for us at a local hotel, parked our 172 for us, and drove us to the hotel. The next morning Cutter was very helpful in getting us on our way. A great staff!

Excellent FBO at COS! Took a short trip to “the Springs” and really glad we chose Cutter for our FBO. The service there is outstanding, everyone from the line crew to the front desk were polite, courteous and very helpful. Even greeted by the manager, Mr. Martin, who heads this well-run ship. Doesn’t seem to matter if you are in a Learjet, or even a little RV such as we fly, everyone is welcomed equally. They arranged our rental car

Cutter is a busy little FBO but they treat everyone like royalty, whether you're flying a spamcan, an experimental, a corporate twin or a VLJ. They had our rental car ready when we arrived, helped with unloading & tiedown, gave us restaurant recommendations that were spot on. When we left two days later, we arrived to find our plane fueled and ready and they gave us a plate of fresh homemade brownies to take with us! Very reasonable rates, too.

A really great experience.... And the hangar space was cheap! The fresh brownies were a nice addition to the very nice homey welcome given by all of the staff.

Cutter Aviation went over and above to help us. We greatly appreciate the support provided by Jerry (Line Supervisor) and Rita. They both excelled in the help with rental cars, hotels, crew car and handling of our aircraft. We strongly recommend this FBO and appreciate the support provided by Jerry & Rita. Thanks.
