All I can say is these folks will have my business every time I land at COS. They have to be the happiest employees I have ever met. Must be the Altitude as they always have a smile and cannot do enough for you.

Eddie and his ramp gang at Cutter are easily some of the best in this industry. We flew a King Air 90 into Cutter full of passengers and bags, and Eddie commanded the ramp getting everything arranged. Major kudos to him and the Cutter Crew.

I always plan my cross countries to include a RON at COS if possible and I have found Cutter to be a first class operation. It was dark with low ceilings, wind and icing. The tower people were great, both in getting us on the ground, and in guiding us to Cutter. This is not an easy airport to navigate in the dark if you are not very familiar. These guys are AWESOME! Flew in on a Monday night in a bonanza for a quick meeting. Had the car ready, waiting, and warmed up for us when we pulled up. When we returned, we found out that they hangared the aircraft since it had started accumulating snow. This was my 2nd time coming here and I'll definitely be back again and again!

We were diverted to KCOS due to weather and, having never been to KCOS before, were given the choice of two FBOs. Luckily, I selected Cutter. We received the best service I've experienced at an FBO from Jerry and Rita at Cutter. They negotiated a great rate for us at a local hotel, parked our 172 for us, and drove us to the hotel. The next morning Cutter was very helpful in getting us on our way. A great staff!

Can't say enough about the Cutter staff and services. There's someone always there to meet you at taxi-in, fresh brownies and excellent coffee or cold water when you walk in and someone smiling behind the counter asking how they can help. On this last visit, I really appreciated Jared S. and his assistance in loading and releasing the airplane - we'll be back for sure!
