Big service for a little plane!

Just spent a week in Cutter’s heated hangar and missed the snow storm. This was my second visit to Cutter this year and the service was GREAT again. Their people are their greatest asset. Their facilities are clean and conveniently located on the airport away from commercial ramps.

The staff and line guys provided one of the best FBO experiences I've ever had. We had to leave our minivan in COS for a month. I called Cutter who said it'd be no problem leaving it there. On July 1st, we flew in from southern Mississippi to drop my wife off to pick up the van. The line crew was waiting to park our plane (a 4 place homebuilt) and we were handed cold bottled water on the ramp.

On July 1st, we flew in from southern Mississippi to drop my wife off to pick up the van. The line crew was waiting to park our plane (a 4 place homebuilt) and we were handed cold bottled water on the ramp. They were attentive to every need, quick to assist with baggage, etc. The line guy went as far as cleaning the windshield and checking the tire air pressure... on our minivan! To the general manager, let those guys know it "really" does make a difference and to keep up the great service. We'll be back for sure.

I've never been treated as well as I was this weekend at Cutter Aviation. Flew in on Sat., departed on Sun. They took good care of my plane (RV-6) and made me feel like a Gulfstream pilot. Their fuel prices were great, too! You can bet I'll be using Cutter whenever I'm in COS or any of their other locations. Thank you Cutter!

Cutter consistently gives good service to their customers. The rent car was on the ramp when we arrived with a very helpful line & reception crew. They also extended the weekend fuel discount even though we came in on Friday. It's the little things that add up to a very positive experience. Thanks Guys!

The linemen were waiting for me as I entered the ramp and had others manning the fuel truck ready to fuel before I unstrapped from my seat! Then when fueling completed, per my request--manually pushed me into their hangar for our stay. Reasonable hangar rate, with a discount for fuel top-off. When I was ready to depart early as they opened, they dropped everything to assist me in my departure. That's what I look for in an FBO!! Great job, Cutter.... I won't stay at any other FBO when there is a Cutter on field.

Flew in for USAFA reunion. Cutter was EXCELLENT. Arranged Hertz rental, had it at the aircraft upon arrival. At least 2 line personnel there to help on arr/dept. CSR were very nice. Fuel price was fair...$5.81, especially for a larger airport. All of the above for an 182T! No ramp fee and they even had tie downs for the Skylane. Highly recommend.
