Received excellent service on 10/15. When I arrived, my rental car was planeside 2 minutes after shutdown. Staff was very helpful and service oriented. I'll be back.

The staff and line guys provided one of the best FBO experiences I've ever had. We had to leave our minivan in COS for a month. I called Cutter who said it'd be no problem leaving it there. On July 1st, we flew in from southern Mississippi to drop my wife off to pick up the van. The line crew was waiting to park our plane (a 4 place homebuilt) and we were handed cold bottled water on the ramp.

We have flown into Cutter in the 421 twice in 2 weeks. Both times the service was top notch with rental cars waiting by the plane as the engines were being shut down. Ramp is busy but a swarm of ramp employees get the chocks on, fuel orders, and rentals (with water in them) and make things effortless. Hangar prices are a bit steep overnight, but well worth it. Cutter consistently gives good service to their customers. The rent car was on the ramp when we arrived with a very helpful line & reception crew. They also extended the weekend fuel discount even though we came in on Friday. It's the little things that add up to a very positive experience. Thanks Guys!

Exceptional service! Flew in last week in our Meridian and were greeted on the ramp by an extraordinarily helpful and friendly lineman. Rental car was ready and quickly pulled up to the a/c on the ramp. We have previously visited this FBO and will continue to make Cutter our first choice in COS and elsewhere. Thanks Guys!

Had another great experience at Cutter, after diverting here due to WX. They went out of their way to get us set up with a hotel and rental car, and the line staff took great care of the airplane as well. Fair prices for an airport of this category, too. One of my favorite FBO's.
