I came to Colorado Springs to assist with the Waldo Canyon fire. We were in a Cessna 337P to work as air attack on the fire. I am here to tell you that the service at Cutter Aviation is the best that I have had any place in the USA. When we came we were met and treated like we flew in some kinda fancy jet! Cold water, lemonade, crew cars, rental cars, brownies, smiles, quick and helpful service and attention are a big part of what is so neat at this FBO. If that is not enough I was unable to find a motel to stay at when we arrived and the Counter found us a room in a city with 35,000 people displaced from their homes! I had given up looking. Cutter saved me from sleeping on the cold hard ground in a sleeping bag at a fire camp! The employees are all one in a million that care about the business even more that themselves, the quality of service at this FBO is exceeded by none. THANK YOU.

OUTSTANDING! Cutter COS handled every request I made for them under less than ideal circumstances. On arrival with 25G35 winds they led me straight to the overnight T-hangar for my Husky, rode me back to the terminal, had my hotel reservation made and had already called the hotel shuttle van. Next AM had the airplane pulled out and topped off per my request before my arrival. WAY TO GO and THANKS!

I transported an Angel Flight passenger to COS from ABQ and found the service at Cutter to be outstanding. Two linemen met my passenger and me at shut down. The guys were very helpful in unloading the passenger and her wheelchair, they escorted her to the FBO and assisted her in meeting her ground transportation. Cutter provided exactly what I needed on this trip.

We have flown into Cutter in the 421 twice in 2 weeks. Both times the service was top notch with rental cars waiting by the plane as the engines were being shut down. Ramp is busy but a swarm of ramp employees get the chocks on, fuel orders, and rentals (with water in them) and make things effortless. Hangar prices are a bit steep overnight, but well worth it. Cutter is simply the best FBO I have ever had the privilege to visit. Everyone is totally customer oriented -- and I arrived in an RV7! Before leaving, I needed 4 gallons of 100LL. I got service with a smile and a big thanks. RV7s, SR22s, and Citations all receive the same, royal treatment. I would make a detour to stop at Cutter. Thanks!!
