Flew into KCOS end of June and had a good experience with the folks at Cutter. They were kind enough to drive me to the main terminal to get rental car (should have booked through them, it would have been waiting). They also picked me up on our way out after I dropped off the car at the main rental return area. A little confusion on the refueling day (it was hot so didn't want to refuel on arrival since we would be loosing gas to expansion). But they quickly got it done and were very nice about waiving an extra night of tie-down for the inconvenience. The fresh brownies were a special bonus!

Outstanding FBO / Great service! This was our first time at this cutter location and we found the service of the entire staff was outstanding. The line staff assisted us with having the ground ambulance plane side so that their was no delay in getting our patient to the hospital quickly. We requested hangar space for our aircraft and the line staff was very careful when towing our aircraft. A big High Five to Paulina, Kevin and Will for going the extra mile in providing the outstanding customer service that you don't find at other FBO's across the country. When we serve other together it make our world a better place, thank you for your willingness to show this openly with your actions. Many of the patients we transport are unable to afford the transportation to get the medical care they so desperately need. With the support of charitable funding, Grace on Wings provides transport to patients who are needing to go for important treatment throughout the United States. Thank you again for making our day a little easier with your outstanding service and staff.

We had the pleasure of visiting your COS facility yesterday. We were were meeting pilot, Paul Qualls, who was transporting a very special dog from Raton, NM to Colorado Springs, CO as a volunteer with Pilots N Paws. Paul's transport, Callahan, was on his way to Freedom Service Dogs in Englewood, CO where he will learn to become a service dog. Freedom Service Dogs rescues dogs from shelters in the region and trains them to have a new job and become an invaluable friend tou our clients - at absolutely no cost to the client. Many of our clients are veterans, active-duty military and children who require a specially trained companion.

I was meeting Mr. Qualls to complete the transport. As a volunteer, I have the humble task of sourcing, evaluating and helping transport these dogs for the future life; either at Freedom or through the Prison Trained K-9 Companion Program. In many cases I have my two children with me and we have never been treated better than we were yesterday. The crew at your facility were welcoming, appropriately inquisitive and gave us the VIP treatment. Eddy even gave us a ride in the pilot's van to the tarmac so my children could watch Mr. Qualls land with his daughter, Melia and Callahan in the back. My 6 year old son mentally devoured everything Eddy said and is still talking about the experience. We were so very impressed that they treated us with so much kindness and were truly interested in making our visit a pleasant one while performing our worthwhile task.

Flew into COS in a 421 on 8-24-11. Great service, rental car on the ramp, great fuel price. Loaded passengers to leave the next day and I had a dead starter. I asked Cutter if they could recommend a mechanic on the field and they referred me to Alan Spencer with Pro Av. He rushed right over and confirmed the starter was dead. I was ready to accept that we were stranded until a new one could arrive the next day. Alan called his other shop and they happened to have a starter in stock. One of his guys jumped in a 172 and flew it over while he pulled the old one. We ended up with only a two-hour delay, the bill was more than fair, and my passengers were thrilled. Thanks Alan, you saved the day!!!!
