Cutter at COS is the friendliest and most enthusiastic FBO on planet earth. It's impossible to make a request for anything because they offer up before you have a chance to ask. They jump as if to have been shot out of a cannon to serve the pilot and passengers. The bathroom is the spic and span; that means 'clean' for you younger aviators. The crew car was waiting. Decent fuel prices for a big airport like this and good service to match. Got us a great rate at the Radisson down the street with "The Airplane Restaurant" attached.

We have flown into Cutter in the 421 twice in 2 weeks. Both times the service was top notch with rental cars waiting by the plane as the engines were being shut down. Ramp is busy but a swarm of ramp employees get the chocks on, fuel orders, and rentals (with water in them) and make things effortless. Hangar prices are a bit steep overnight, but well worth it. Wow! This was *WAY* the heck better than the other FBO at COS (the one that requested AirNav not collect or publish user comments; I'm pretty sure there's a reason for that). At Cutter, it was all about me. Eddie and Jesse took care of my plane/fuel/rental car, and they've got a sense of humor. Why didn't I stop here last time?

Cutter is a busy little FBO but they treat everyone like royalty, whether you're flying a spamcan, an experimental, a corporate twin or a VLJ. They had our rental car ready when we arrived, helped with unloading & tiedown, gave us restaurant recommendations that were spot on. When we left two days later, we arrived to find our plane fueled and ready and they gave us a plate of fresh homemade brownies to take with us! Very reasonable rates, too.

Last weekend while doing flights for charity organization Wounded Warriors I had the great pleasure of being waited on hand and foot by Cutter Aviations finest employees Eddie and Sean at Colorado Springs. These two individuals went above and beyond providing our wounded veterans with first class service and respect.
