These folks are AMAZING! The facility isn't impressive, but the customer service certainly is. We asked for a nearby non-chain lunch recommendation, and they sent us to the Airplane Restaurant... As we parked, a Cutter van pulled up, and the driver popped out of the car to give us a discount coupon he forgot to give us at the counter. Over the top! One of the linemen also took the care to call me directly to clarify our fueling order,

We were diverted to KCOS due to weather and, having never been to KCOS before, were given the choice of two FBOs. Luckily, I selected Cutter. We received the best service I've experienced at an FBO from Jerry and Rita at Cutter. They negotiated a great rate for us at a local hotel, parked our 172 for us, and drove us to the hotel. The next morning Cutter was very helpful in getting us on our way. A great staff!

These folks where great. Unloaded my plane, took us to get the rental car from other side of airport and loaded it. Same service when leaving. Could not be more helpful.

I have been into Cutter at COS twice in the last week and both times they have been excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff including arranging for return of the rental car I rented from the terminal. They are one of the best FBOs I have visited!

I visited on Saturday, October 18, 2014 after flying in from Chicago. Was met on the ramp, and they brought my rental car out right away. The line person with the enchanting million dollar smile courteously asked me if she could put fuel in my plane right away, and I of course agreed. Cutter is simply the best FBO I have ever had the privilege to visit. Everyone is totally customer oriented -- and I arrived in an RV7! Before leaving, I needed 4 gallons of 100LL. I got service with a smile and a big thanks. RV7s, SR22s, and Citations all receive the same, royal treatment. I would make a detour to stop at Cutter. Thanks!!
