Flew into COS in a 421 on 8-24-11. Great service, rental car on the ramp, great fuel price. Loaded passengers to leave the next day and I had a dead starter. I asked Cutter if they could recommend a mechanic on the field and they referred me to Alan Spencer with Pro Av. He rushed right over and confirmed the starter was dead. I was ready to accept that we were stranded until a new one could arrive the next

Last weekend while doing flights for charity organization Wounded Warriors I had the great pleasure of being waited on hand and foot by Cutter Aviations finest employees Eddie and Sean at Colorado Springs. These two individuals went above and beyond providing our wounded veterans with first class service and respect. Thank you Cutter and special thanks to Eddie and Sean for stepping up above and beyond for making our special military veterans feel appreciated and respected.

Flew in on 8/2/15, expecting to rest overnight and fly to ASE the next day; WX did not cooperate, so I left the plane at COS and drove. EVERYONE at Cutter provided top-notch service and was just plain friendly. This may be the best-run FBO I have ever visited.

Had another great experience at Cutter, after diverting here due to WX. They went out of their way to get us set up with a hotel and rental car, and the line staff took great care of the airplane as well. Fair prices for an airport of this category, too. One of my favorite FBO's.

Flew into KCOS end of June and had a good experience with the folks at Cutter. They were kind enough to drive me to the main terminal to get rental car (should have booked through them, it would have been waiting). Cutter is a busy little FBO but they treat everyone like royalty, whether you're flying a spamcan, an experimental, a corporate twin or a VLJ. They had our rental car ready when we arrived, helped with unloading & tiedown, gave us restaurant recommendations that were spot on. When we left two days later, we arrived to find our plane fueled and ready and they gave us a plate of fresh homemade brownies to take with us! Very reasonable rates, too.
