I will absolutely use this FBO again. Ledle at the front desk was kind and patient as I struggled with cell phone reception issues. Plane was ready despite me showing slightly earlier than expected. Line crew assisted with an unexpected jump-start when I left the master switch on.

Flew into KCOS end of June and had a good experience with the folks at Cutter. They were kind enough to drive me to the main terminal to get rental car (should have booked through them, it would have been waiting). Eddie and his ramp gang at Cutter are easily some of the best in this industry. We flew a King Air 90 into Cutter full of passengers and bags, and Eddie commanded the ramp getting everything arranged. Major kudos to him and the Cutter Crew.

Excellent FBO at COS! Took a short trip to “the Springs” and really glad we chose Cutter for our FBO. The service there is outstanding, everyone from the line crew to the front desk were polite, courteous and very helpful. Even greeted by the manager, Mr. Martin, who heads this well-run ship. It was just a quick stop in KCOS on 3/19/15 and service was excellent. We had an issue with our lav and both line personnel (can't remember their names) were spot on. They had the cart out right away, provided me with the necessary equipment and solved the problem. After that, they hustled and retrieved the fuel truck and were quick in providing fuel, so we could have some time to grab a quick lunch. CSR service was excellent inside

These guys are AWESOME! Flew in on a Monday night in a bonanza for a quick meeting. Had the car ready, waiting, and warmed up for us when we pulled up. When we returned, we found out that they hangared the aircraft since it had started accumulating snow. This was my 2nd time coming here and I'll definitely be back again and again!
