The staff allowed my awaiting POV to drive out to the plane to ease loading. They employees jumped in without hesitation or even me asking for assistance to help unload the garage sale of junk the better half had to bring (I know I'm not the only one with this problem) and even helped put my aircraft cover on despite the weather being miserable. This has been my best FBO experience to date and I couldn't believe how nice and accommodating the employees were not just to me but anyone else that came in contact with them, all this and I'm only a Bug smasher Comanche not a corporate jet. Prices were cheaper then the Jet Center, even if they were more I'd be hard pressed to go anywhere but Cutter due to the stellar service!

Cutter at COS is the friendliest and most enthusiastic FBO on planet earth. It's impossible to make a request for anything because they offer up before you have a chance to ask. Cutter at COS is the friendliest and most enthusiastic FBO on planet earth. It's impossible to make a request for anything because they offer up before you have a chance to ask. Flew in on 8/2/15, expecting to rest overnight and fly to ASE the next day; WX did not cooperate, so I left the plane at COS and drove. EVERYONE at Cutter provided top-notch service and was just plain friendly. This may be the best-run FBO I have ever visited.

Cutter is simply the best FBO I have ever had the privilege to visit. Everyone is totally customer oriented -- and I arrived in an RV7! Before leaving, I needed 4 gallons of 100LL. I got service with a smile and a big thanks. RV7s, SR22s, and Citations all receive the same, royal treatment. I would make a detour to stop at Cutter. Thanks!!

They still let us use the beautiful crew car for free, sent us on with water and brownies and even mailed a thank you note to my home. Absolutely love the service and will always choose Cutter first wherever I go!
