Testimonials

We are pleased that our customers go out of their way to share their visit experience to our Cutter locations. We are proud to share these testimonials with you.

The fine folks provide first class service at a very fair price. When I kidded Lineman Tony, that I should really have a Cutter Hat, he went way out of his way to provide a hat to me. Thanks Tony!

Wow! This was *WAY* the heck better than the other FBO at COS (the one that requested AirNav not collect or publish user comments; I'm pretty sure there's a reason for that). At Cutter, it was all about me. Eddie and Jesse took care of my plane/fuel/rental car, and they've got a sense of humor. Why didn't I stop here last time?

Flew into COS July 11 for fuel, band to wait out weather. The staff of Cutter treated my son and I like family. Great service very friendly staff, even for a guy in a 210. Thanks guys. I will stop in again.

Flew into KCOS end of June and had a good experience with the folks at Cutter. They were kind enough to drive me to the main terminal to get rental car (should have booked through them, it would have been waiting). They also picked me up on our way out after I dropped off the car at the main rental return area. A little confusion on the refueling day (it was hot so didn't want to refuel on arrival since

They also picked me up on our way out after I dropped off the car at the main rental return area. A little confusion on the refueling day (it was hot so didn't want to refuel on arrival since we would be loosing gas to expansion). But they quickly got it done and were very nice about waiving an extra night of tie-down for the inconvenience. The fresh brownies were a special bonus!

The staff and line guys provided one of the best FBO experiences I've ever had. We had to leave our minivan in COS for a month. I called Cutter who said it'd be no problem leaving it there. On July 1st, we flew in from southern Mississippi to drop my wife off to pick up the van. The line crew was waiting to park our plane (a 4 place homebuilt) and we were handed cold bottled water on the ramp.

They were attentive to every need, quick to assist with baggage, etc. The line guy went as far as cleaning the windshield and checking the tire air pressure... on our minivan! To the general manager, let those guys know it "really" does make a difference and to keep up the great service. We'll be back for sure.

We had the pleasure of visiting your COS facility yesterday. We were were meeting pilot, Paul Qualls, who was transporting a very special dog from Raton, NM to Colorado Springs, CO as a volunteer with Pilots N Paws. Paul's transport, Callahan, was on his way to Freedom Service Dogs in Englewood, CO where he will learn to become a service dog. Freedom Service Dogs rescues dogs from shelters in the region and trains them to have a new job and become an invaluable friend tou our clients - at absolutely no cost to the client. Many of our clients are veterans, active-duty military and children who require a specially trained companion.

I was meeting Mr. Qualls to complete the transport. As a volunteer, I have the humble task of sourcing, evaluating and helping transport these dogs for the future life; either at Freedom or through the Prison Trained K-9 Companion Program. In many cases I have my two children with me and we have never been treated better than we were yesterday. The crew at your facility were welcoming, appropriately inquisitive and gave us the VIP treatment. Eddy even gave us a ride in the pilot's van to the tarmac so my children could watch Mr. Qualls land with his daughter, Melia and Callahan in the back. My 6 year old son mentally devoured everything Eddy said and is still talking about the experience. We were so very impressed that they treated us with so much kindness and were truly interested in making our visit a pleasant one while performing our worthwhile task.

Please forward our thanks to your crew there for making our time at your facility a bright spot in our day.

Sending only good wishes,
