Very professional maintenance team at Cutter APA

I've been working with Cutter APA for a few months now. I've been very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism of the staff. Kevin and Molly have been great to work with and I am pleased with the work that has been completed on our plane. I can speak for the owner of the plane as well and say we're happy to be doing business with Cutter Aviation and look forward to continuing the relationship.

Please change nothing ... Kevin made our experience beyond any expectations we had hoped for. This aircraft was our first ( a pc12). So our first experience came with a bit of trepidation. Until we met Kevin. Every detail was communicated effectively and clearly. I came from a corporate background, where customer service is everything. I managed 1200 employees, and almost 1.5b in sales. And we spent millions on customer service training. Not sure how Kevin was trained, but whatever

Nothing comes to mind at the current time. Overall project went very smooth, communication was daily or as required, labor and component pricing was fair. During regular shop visits and unexpected drop-ins, the technical staff was active and working on our aircraft, visual shop aesthetics was as expected from a client's perspective (clean and well organized).
