Very professional maintenance team at Cutter APA

Nothing comes to mind at the current time. Overall project went very smooth, communication was daily or as required, labor and component pricing was fair. During regular shop visits and unexpected drop-ins, the technical staff was active and working on our aircraft, visual shop aesthetics was as expected from a client's perspective (clean and well organized). Kevin Fenster and his crew are a pleasure to work with.

Both Kevin and Molly established really good expectations during our maintenance input. Communication was a priority of theirs. I was able to watch the progress of our annual mx visit, which was important for this new aviation manager. We were out on time to make our first trip scheduled after maintenance as well.

I am very pleased with the service. The annual took a bit longer than expected, but that didn't matter as I was traveling anyway. Kevin and his team do an excellent job and the service is exquisite. I appreciate that throughout the year Kevin is available to answer questions as they arise and is extremely prompt in getting back to me. Tim DiPirro and Molly are also very helpful and responsive. I'm appreciative that Cutter took on the Pilatus maintenance
