He brought it over from Phoenix on Sunday evening and I was there waiting for him. I just gotta say, we are both extremely impressed by the consistency of the excellent customer service there! The personnel at this FBO are great! Promise was so helpful to me with advance planning from Canada. When we arrived at the FBO, Alexandra was talented at multi-tasking, and Promise and Melissa were so friendly and professional.
