I stayed with Cutter overnight last week. When I had asked on BeechTalk.Com which FBO to use at KABQ, the unanimous feedback was "Cutter". Now I understand why. Quick, friendly service, trying to help in any possible way. Got 20 lbs of free ice for my B-Kool on the morning of departure. I'll be back at KABQ this weekend and will use Cutter again.

The personnel at this FBO are great! Promise was so helpful to me with advance planning from Canada. When we arrived at the FBO, Alexandra was talented at multi-tasking, and Promise and Melissa were so friendly and professional. Both on the ramp and inside, we were so impressed with Kerrie - she obviously sets the bar for customer service very high here - and she leads by shining example. Last weekend while doing flights for charity organization Wounded Warriors I had the great pleasure of being waited on hand and foot by Cutter Aviations finest employees Eddie and Sean at Colorado Springs. These two individuals went above and beyond providing our wounded veterans with first class service and respect. Thank you Cutter and special thanks to Eddie and Sean for stepping up above and beyond for making our special military veterans feel appreciated and respected.

They did a good job all around I was kept up to date and informed of any issues. The shop and Kevin I think did a great job.

Our overnight stop at Cutter at KDVT on 11-18-2013 in our C-210 was delightful. Extremely helpful personnel everywhere! The ladies in the office (Brittany and Tara) were great. They arranged our rental car, which was brought to our A/C as we parked. Fuel was much less costly than KSDL and we received a 10-cent discount for using a Phillips credit card. Cutter ABQ is my favorite FBO. Whenever I go to ABQ I know it will painless and welcoming. From pulling you right up to the door. Having the car brought out to the plane and all of the other little things, they make it always pleasant to visit. Not to mention 100LL is reasonably priced.
