This is the fifth time we have taken our C-182 to PHX and Cutter Aviation. We get fewer inbound delays when we come in on a flight plan than VFR un-announced, but the controllers are great and the folks at Cutter do a five star job. Hotel rates through Cutter keep us coming back.

I needed some night landings to stay current and so I decided to take my wife to KCOS for a $100 burger last week. We had been to Cutter in KABQ and the service was top notch, so we decided to give them a try in KCOS. We left Denver with full tanks and only took 5 gals of avgas once we got there, but you wouldn't have been able to tell by their level of service. They still let

Cutter is my new favorite FBO at COS. I am disturbed to see that the other FBO at COS has taken the cowardly approach of blocking comments on AirNav. That position has backfired on this pilot/customer. Cutter was very professional, helpful, and we were fortunate enough to use their crew car on our last visit. Flew in on 8/2/15, expecting to rest overnight and fly to ASE the next day; WX did not cooperate, so I left the plane at COS and drove. EVERYONE at Cutter provided top-notch service and was just plain friendly. This may be the best-run FBO I have ever visited.

Hi, there! It was so nice to meet you during our meeting (with my husband, Brent Poindexter) to set up a home for our Mooney! He brought it over from Phoenix on Sunday evening and I was there waiting for him. I just gotta say, we are both extremely impressed by the consistency of the excellent customer service there! Whatever you are doing, keep doing it! SO many businesses could take some cues from Cutter in ABQ.
