Mark Wilson - Cutter Aviation Pilatus Program Director

Biography

Mark Wilson is the Pilatus Program Director in Southern California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and Colorado. His responsibilities include directing all business for the new Pilatus Center encompassing repair stations, Pilatus satellite centers, Pilatus fleet operators, and Pilatus wholesale parts and warranty support across the region.

Since 2002, Mark’s aviation experience has been with Cutter Aviation. Initially, Mark was Warranty Administrator at the San Antonio facility before moving his family to Phoenix and assuming the role of Business Analyst at Cutter Aviation Phoenix Sky Harbor in 2006. His responsibilities continued to expand into his most recent role of Senior Business Analyst.

Mark’s passion for aviation grew from humble beginnings with Mooney Aircraft in Kerrville, Texas, where he worked as a sheet metal technician building horizontal stabilizers for P-3 Orion, a mechanic on the production flight line while earning his A&P, and the Customer Support Technician for warranty and technical assistance. Those foundational experiences have contributed to his deep understanding of all aspects of the general and business aviation industry.

By utilizing his extensive experience with data-driven decision making and his unique “big picture” insight, Mark is looking forward to leading the Pilatus Program across the southwest region as Cutter Aviation continues their commitment of providing world-class customer support with trust, respect, and integrity.
