Private Air Charter

Not a perk but an essential tool for business.

Many people imagine private air charter as a perk for the privileged few. They don't realize that charter offers unsurpassed flexibility and efficiency that cannot be realized with airline travel. Take, for instance, this scenario:

You are leading a team of 6 people on a trip to meet with potential clients in 3 different cities: San Diego, California; San Francisco, California and Las Vegas, Nevada. Utilizing the airlines for this trip would work if you had several days. What if you were trying to do it all in one day? Impossible - but not with charter.

Utilizing a chartered jet, you could leave Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport at 8 am. You can drive your vehicle right out to the airplane and climb aboard. We park your car in a covered parking space until you return. You arrive in San Diego for a 9:00 am meeting and depart again at 10:30. You arrive in San Francisco for a noon lunch meeting and depart again at 1:30. You arrive in Las Vegas for a 2:30 meeting and, after it starts, decide to extend the meeting and push your departure back 30 minutes. You now depart Las Vegas at 4:00 pm instead of 3:30 pm and are back in Phoenix, with your car waiting for you by the aircraft by 5:00 pm.

This scenario happens all over the country on a regular basis. Not only does private air charter make this itinerary realistic, there are added benefits. During the flight segments, you and your team can sit in comfort and discuss the previous clients meeting and plan strategies for the upcoming meeting. This would be impractical on an airliner and would certainly be less private.

Yes, the cost of this private charter would be more expensive than flying the airlines, but consider this: add up the wasted productivity time of the team (lost salaries, lost sales, etc.), the increased overnight expenses for the team in at least one city, and the effects of fatigue on team performance. When you factor all of this together, private air charter can, and is, a viable tool for business.
