Cutter Aviation, the oldest family owned and operated general aviation company in the US, today announced the purchase of a 60,650 square feet hangar and office complex on 3.5 acres at Addison Airport in Addison TX. The complex consists of two 15,000 square foot hangars with 7,400 square feet of attached office space and one 18,750 square foot hangar with 4,500 square feet of attached office space.

Cutter will continue to operate its FAA Part 145 Repair Station from the current ADS location, which features Factory Authorized Service Centers for Piper Aircraft, the Daher TBM line of aircraft, the HondaJet, and Beechcraft. A portion of the northern hangar will house some of Cutter Aviation’s FAA Part 135 Charter and Management operations aircraft as well and new and used aircraft sales. The hangar will also have aircraft storage space available for lease. The southern hangar of the complex is leased to Elite Turbine Maintenance.

Cutter is very excited to make this investment in Addison Airport and to become a long-term tenant. We look forward to continue providing the highest level of service to the tenants and users of Addison Airport. This acquisition is another example of Cutter’s pledge to provide exceptional service to the aviation community.
